It was an awesome experience. Brad and his team were knowledgeable about our roof type, very efficient in preparing the roof with new fasteners and additional roof tape over the flashing edge. The roof coating was applied with care and making sure all areas were covered. We are very, very pleased. We highly recommend Roof Warrior. The crew was extremely professional, came on time , covered the windows during the process so there was no damage . Replaced an end vent and repaired a few spots that needed attention, quite pleased with the entire experience.

The installer team was great. Brad the team lead was very nice. They noticed wood rot up high and fixed that for us for an extra charge.

We signed up for this in August and project completed in December after many calls. Of course weather delays cannot be avoided.

Communication was the most difficult part. For example, one day I had a call at 9:30 that they were coming between 11:30-1:30 but they never came and no more communication was received that day. These situations occurred more than once.

The amount charged for the unexpected wood rot repair was more than the estimated amount mentioned over the phone.

I was very impressed with how The Roof Warrior handled my roof treatment. From the original visit, which they were well prepared for, to the service itself. They are extremely thorough, and the roof looks great!

Brad and crew were fantastic. They let us know what was going on each stage of the project. We are very happy with the project.

They fixed areas that need to be fixed that weren’t corrected the first time they put the correct color on my roof that was not there the first time they were very respectful they made sure everything was fully correct before they left. Justin and Mike were such a pleasure to work with. They were attentive and answered all my crazy questions. I wanted a different color on our roof and we were checking into replacing it. We still have another 10 - 15 yrs on our existing roof. I visited Shingle Magic at a home show and they were the answer to our prayers. I could get what I wanted without the super expense of a new roof. All my neighbors have come out to tell us how amazing it looks. I would definitely recommend them. Now we are having them do our gutters.

I don't typically leave reviews, unless it is warranted. Shingle Magic did an absolute amazing job on our roof. The crew were professional, but super cool and friendly to work with.

The two man team who applied the roof coating materials were very well organized and once they completed the application cleaned up the yard and power washed our windows that experienced some dirt associated with the application. Most importantly, Tony who was in charge, was personable and open to answering all my questions. He explained each step of the application as he was about to begin the project.

Company did an excellent job. They kept me informed during the whole process. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of what he was doing and that I was satisfied. Mike did a great job of coordinating the job. Everything went as promised. I recommend them highly.

I had Tony and Wayne from Kansas do my roof. They were GREAT. Professional, on time, left no mess but most of all did an OUTSTANDING JOB. A little on the pricey side but for a 30 year guarantee it was worth it. If you are going to get it done ask for Tony and Wayne.

The Shingle Magic workers called before arriving, were prompt, safe, professional,and cleaned up after finishing the job. They were polite and considerate.

The Shingle Magic team completed the work on my roof yesterday. My experience with the owner and representatives was incredibly positive. The process occurred over 4 days due to chilly weather and the need for outside temperatures to be at the right level. The team announced their arrival in advance each day, arrived on time, and informed me of the work that was completed each day. It is early days, but my hope is to see a bit of a reduction in my home insurance rate, a long-lasting roof, and if lucky some increase with energy efficiency. I am in a townhome, and I can see a slight difference between my roof shade (I had the clear finish) and the neighbors' but not too significant. I don't think one would notice unless aware and looking for a difference as I was. It has been a positive experience thus far.

Company is very professional, from the salesman to the girls in the office to the crew that I had (Tony & Wayne). They did a fantastic job and the roof looks great. Would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof redone.

The entire experience with Shingle Magic Exteriors was both pleasant and professional. My roof needed a few shingles replaced. The office staff was very personable. The workers were on time, completed the job in a timely manner (about 30 minutes) and cleaned up after themselves.
