Faced with the need to find the ‘right’ team to restore the foam roof on my Tempe house, I asked a friend (I knew he had just had his roof ‘serviced’). He recommended The Roof Medics. They are a small, local company with lots of experience and a well-mannered staff. Daryl Moore is the owner, and he is the guy who came out to inspect our situation. From our first conversation through the entire project to its conclusion, Daryl has been a gem. He made a close assessment of our roof’s needs. Then he quickly got back to me with a proposed contract. I chose it over others that I had. I was not the best communicator, but Daryl stayed in touch, and we signed the contract. As I am over the age when it’s safe to go up on ladders, I have not gone up on the roof after they did the work, but I have no reason to doubt that they have done an excellent job. It was a pleasure working with Roof Medics.

I am very happy with the work The Roof Medics did. They went above and beyond to give me a competitive price to win my business. My roof was completed in several days and the crew did a good job of keeping my yard clean while they worked.

Outstanding experience from estimate to completion. I had a constant roof leak, and Roof Medics replaced shingles and spray foamed the flat roof. Two days latter, we received 2 days of rain. No leaks could be found. Daryl is a professional, hands-on business owner and his employees are all detailed and through in their work. I would recommend Roof Medics and would not hesitate to use this business again if needed.

We suffered a roof leak in the end of January that caused a ceiling collapse. A neighbor recommended The Roof Medics and Daryl came out and inspected our roof, and photographed multiple areas on our roof that were compromised, along with dozens of broken tiles that were damaged likely due to a sloppy solar installation prior to us buying our house. We scheduled a complete roof job, with new tiles. Scheduling was easy, and we soon had a whole crew replacing our roof. They did excellent work and the roof looks perfect. They also do an excellent job of cleaning the worksite when they are done. I highly recommend The Roof Medics.

Our equipment and chalk was getting ruined by the rain.
Since these sheds were on park district property, we needed to work within their guidelines.

Great experience, always stressful making a large home improvement purchase but The Roof Medics team made it easy. Everyone from the owner Daryl to the workers and office staff were great. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

Excellent experience from start to finish with all staff in the office and in the field. The estimate, which was also the final price; preparation work for beginning the job; communication with me and Tesla for solar panel removal and related prep work; communication throughout the process; the workers, workmanship and cleanup, were all excellent. I was kept up to date on the work throughout the process, all my questions were answered and the work was completed in fewer days than I expected.

Every time we had a dust storm or high winds, shingles would blow off our shed. I would go up and nail them back on. More than usual blew off in the last storm. Since the roof was 20 years old, we decided to reroof with a nicer architectural shingle. Daryl, the owner, bid the job at an attractive price, so they are interested in doing the job, large or small. They were up to 5 weeks out, but since ours was a small job, they were able to quickly work us in. Daryl’s son and another roofer did the job. High definition ridge shingles make it look really nice. Their clean-up was excellent. We suggest you give Roof Medics a call for your roofing needs.

I have absolutely no reservation recommending Roof Medics to anyone (including friends and family). Every aspect of the job ("replacing" the entire roof of our 5000 sq ft home) was performed in a professional manner, on time and at a very competitive price. The workmen were very good about keeping our property tidy and kept extraneous noise to a minimum (roofing work is rather loud). We could not have asked for a better experience for this type of job.

Over a period of 3 weeks I reached to 5 different roofing companies to get it repaired, The Roof Medics were the 1st to respond a day after I reached out. They came out and did the assessment with photos to show me and did the repair in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with everything about the Roof Medics. They were very professional, scheduled earlier than expected and did a great job. In addition to the new foam roof, my home ended up needing a great deal of wood replaced, and they handled the extra necessary work beautifully and at a fair price. I would recommend them highly.

Roof Medics is a top notch company to work with. They replaced my foam roof in February and I have zero complaints. The foreman was excellent and oversaw the quality of work and made sure everything was up to his high standards. They did not cut any corners. They re-installed my air conditioners in better shape then when they were removed for foaming. You could see the attention to detail in every step of the effort.

I had four bids and their bid was the most reasonable and included a lot of extra items the other companies did not bid. They kept my pool protected and cleaned up the yard when finished each night.

This is the second time I had my roof replaced i (last time 25 years ago), and this company far exceeded my expectations. I don't usually do reviews but in this case I felt it a must.

Roof Medics was very professional and informative as they showed where previous work could have been performed better. These areas are in locations where we have had persistent problems. The new roof has performed well through two recent storms. They were prompt and courteous and kept their schedule and promises. Thank You!

My 2nd time using them for a spray foam roof application and turned out great. I was a little nervous this time around because this remodel I had the main roof opened up. So if it rain it wouldn't be good for the rest of the home. They made sure to fit me in before the rains came. Daryl and his crew did a good job! I will use again when needed.

Shoddy work! 2019 paid them to fix roof leakage, 3 years later and leaking in the exact same spots again. The crew cracked tiles and didn't say anything, very shady! I happened to be on my roof and had to call them out on there poor quality. I am out of my warranty and now they want 24k for a whole new roof! Total sham, I will be giving 24k to a more professional company. I am convinced the 5 star review they previously held was all family or friends and this is NOT a 5 Star company . Do yourself a favor and seek a different roofer. Daryl the owner needs to develop his customer service skills, it is my pleasure to bust up this bogus 5 star rating and bring this companies true services to light.

We recently had storm damage that allowed us to replace our entire roof. A friend recommended The Roof Medics and the insurance company approved them as a vendor. The short endorsement is, from the first phone call to the very last clean up details, Daryl and his team did a great job. He says he will stay with a job until the customer is 100% satisfied--and he means it.

Roof Medics re-roofed a tile roof for us. They were excellent from start to finish. They answered all of our many questions and gave us a roof we think will last & last. It looks great, too. The reason I am taking time to write this review, though, is that Darrell went above and beyond all expectations. Months after they put the new roof on, he took care of an issue (minor) and was very kind about it. I think that is pretty impressive since he could have blown us off. I highly recommend this company.

It was a small repair area, about 300 sf, that required a tear off, replacing several sections of plank sheathing, installing new shingles and drip edge. Roof Medics did a fine job for a very reasonable cost. Thanks!

We contacted the Roof Medics because we needed a new roof. They came and looked it over, took pictures, and discussed with us what needed to be done – also pointing out a problem area that hadn’t been built properly. Although theirs wasn’t the cheapest bid, they impressed us with their knowledge, experience, and honesty in discussing why they needed to do what they were suggesting. We went with them.
That turned out to be a very good decision. They showed up promptly on the morning of the first day, carefully placed the container on the very edge of the driveway so that we could still access our garage, and went to work. Every day, they cleaned up and removed all nails and other debris before they left. Everyone worked hard so they finished in 3 days, as promised. The crew was friendly, quiet (as they could be), and very thorough in cleaning up. And our new roof looks beautiful. Thank you Roof Medics.

My roof is 30 yrs old. Daryl came by and assessed its condition.
He recommended some structural changes along with the superior underlayment of TU43. There was a lot of water damage with rotted wood, plus a lot of cracked tiles. So pleased that the replacement tiles match my current tiles.
The guys did an amazing job on the roof, painting all the facia boards that were replaced, fixing the source of the issues I was having for a long time. I had 3 bids on the roof and Daryl's was the most thorough and the price was right.

My friends and neighbors come by and say WOW, your house looks FANTASTIC.

This was a very professional company. The first thing that impressed me is that they said that they would arrive at 6:00 am and not only did they arrive at exactly at that time but the owner of the company Daryl was with the crew. Daryl made sure I was taken care of before he left the job. All the workers were very friendly and hard working and were very knowledgeable about the products being used on my roof. They were tidy and cleaned up as they removed the old shingles from my roof. The job was handled with pride in their workmanship. The Roof Medics, and their owner Daryl, provided great service at a reasonable price with a solid warranty. They were timely and professional, taking great care in completing our project. They worked around solar panels and the quirks of a historic home, and even covered our fish pond so no debris would get in. The Roof Medics team did a great job on our roof. They were communicative and timely. They kept the grounds tidy each day and worked efficiently.

The Roof Medics performed an entire replacement of the underlayment of our tile roof and also replaced the flat roof of our covered back porch. They were very responsive from the initial call for a quote through the end of the job. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well each day. During the process, I called the office with questions and answers were provided quickly. The owner even reached out personally to us to communicate next steps, when needed. Roof Medics replaced my entire flat roof in September 2014 prior to my moving in. In the Fall of 2018, I called to talk about low spots over the roof. Daryl came out within a couple of days and looked at the roof. No leaks. I told him that workers had noticed the low spots while running electrical for a walk in tub. I purchased my home in 2015 and the prior owner had a warranty with Roof Medics on a section of roof that they did. I hired them to do the remaining roof sections two weeks ago on my flat roof areas with foam. Daryl and the team are very knowledgeable and showed up on the stated installation date. The crew was very clean and did a thorough job. I even received before and after images of the work with a final invoice. I highly recommend Roof Medics.

We had our roof completely redone with new underlayment, materials etc, with tile reuse and replacement. It was a big job being a large single story house with lots of roof. The Roof Medics beat three other companies that quoted on the job on price and quality of underlayment; they used 2 layers of SBS TU-45 underlayment for our roof. The owners Jared and Daryl are very professional and it is a pleasure to work with. Their crew is very competent and efficient and did an excellent job. The job was promptly scheduled and finished on time with one day of rain delay. They also waived the cost of some wood replacement that was not included in the price. I would highly recommend them for any roof work.
