Alfonso and his crew did an entire roof replacement. He came out for a leak repair quote. He's was very thorough with his inspection and gave us a fair price. Wonderful experience! Called Alfonso on a Friday and he was here on a Monday morning and addressed the problem quickly and with so much detail. We’ll definitely be a return client.

Last year I called Alfonso out to check on a leak around the wall by the fireplace. He came out the same day and went up on the roof and took pictures around the fireplace and noted that a diverter was necessary at the chimney for the water to properly flow. He also looked at all the boots on the roof and noted there were gaps in between the shingles and the boots, and nails that were rusted and gaps in there where water could come through. He showed me pictures of the damage and explained what needed to be done to repair all of it. I had him do all of the repairs and he did an excellent job. While others told me I needed a new roof, Alfonso told me the repairs would fix it. I am very pleased with his honesty, services, and efficiency.

I had to call him out again for another potential leak, he came out the next day to check it and noted I did not have a leak. I tried to pay him for coming out and he wouldn't accept anything. We need more people with his work and work ethic. I would hihgly recommend him and his company to everyone!

I love working with this company. I found them a few years ago and had them come to find the source of a roof leak in my office. They were so thorough and helpful. They found the source of the leak and two other areas where it would leak soon. Everything was replaced at a fair price. We recently had another issue with a leak, and they were the only company I trusted to find and fix the problem. They are fast, responsive and friendly.

Came out same day, looked into my issue, diagnosed it as a flashing install problem. Climbed all the way to the top of the chimney to make sure that was the issue. Honest, great communication (both over the phone and in person) and easy to work with.

Alfonso and his team found my roof leak, and subsequently replaced all of the boots on my plumbing stacks (which had been incorrectly installed by another company). He was quick with email and texts, kept me updated with pictures during the repair, and did this all at a fair price. I would highly recommend him!

The GA Leak Detective is great. I had a roof leak that I tried and failed to find and fix on my own. I initially had a roofing company come out to give an estimate to fix the leak. They just sent a salesman to tell my why my 9 year old roof needed to be completely replaced. To just find and fix the leak they gave me an entirely inflated price. It’s not worth it to those companies to do small jobs. I found the GA Leak Detective, Alfonzo and his dad came out, found the leak, and fixed it the next day for a fraction of the cost. They are very experienced, professional, and do great work. Since then they’ve completed another repair on my roof. I will be using them for any roof related needs.

We've had them come to our house twice now for two separate leaks. Other roofing companies proposed replacing the whole roof or charging a large amount to fix a section of the roof without finding where the actual leak is or going into our attic. What an outstanding experience! Our 9 year old roof needed a thorough evaluation and fix of some intermittent leaks. Alfonso (and his father and team) were extraordinarily responsive, provided a thorough evaluation backed up with photos of all issues and recommendations and then returned for a 12 hour day repairing and updating the roof, replacing worn out boots around vents, punctured shingles, bad caulking, etc. They did an outstanding job, cleaned up and were a pleasure to work with. My 2yr old roof kept having these odd leaks that everyone swore were coming from bathroom, and weren’t due to previous roofing contractor’s work (who overcharged us for poor quality work). did a real good job in replacing my bathroom skylight and my roof pipe boots which were damaged by a big storm. Almost a year later I can say the repair was well done and no issues have occurred . I am very impressed with this father and son company. They are very professional, organized and efficient. They did good work and was honest up front and earned my trust. I can definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof related job to get done well.

I was told by the roof company that installed my roof that the leak was not their responsibility. I was told the leak was coming from the cap on my furnace exhaust. It would cost me $675.00 to replace it. If I didn’t have them replace it, I would have to pay them $175.00 for the service call.
I called Georgia Leak Detective. They were going to charge me $325.00. Big difference Long story short, it wasn’t the cap. It’s all the boots on the roof. I was sent pictures of them.
The original company came out today. They’re going to replace all of them free of charge. I would recommend GLD to everyone. Great company, honest and professional.

I am very pleased with the service I received today by the Georgia Leak Detective. Alfonso answered my call right away and showed up the same day to help us with our repair. This work was to track down and repair leaks on a new re-roofing job that caused interior damage to our home. Flashing had been omitted or incorrectly installed at various places around our chimney and a dormer. Alfonso and his crew did a great job in identifying the origins of the problems and putting good fixes in place. He provided photos of the problems before he started the repairs, of the repairs in process, and after completion. The workmanship was excellent leaving no evidence that extensive work had been done involving removal of shingles, replacement of faulty flashing, and installation of flashing that had not been done by the roofer. I greatly appreciate his conscientious work and highly recommend him.

These guys do great work. Fixed a hard to find existing leak, replaced some shingles from the previous owner’s basketball goal that was bolted through the roof, and did a thorough review of our entire roof and flashings!

They did a great job. I called in the morning and they were able to diagnose and fix problem that same day. Pricing and estimates were reasonable.

Alfonso was very responsive when I inquired about the leak in my ceiling. He confirmed my appointment the day before and showed up on time the day of the appointment.
