My experience with Stress Free Roofing has been just that, “stress free”. My first contact with them was last Tuesday. I met with three different companies that day. The salesman knew his product and his company’s capabilities. The dollar figures was the most reasonable and an agreement was reached and the down payment was made. I picked out the color of the new roof and everything was ready to go. Today, 6 calendar days later, my home now had a beautiful new roof!

I got a new roof and I couldn’t be happier! I recommend this company to ALL . I got quotes from 6 companies and I found Strrssfree roofing on my 5 th quote. It was a no brainer. I called them on Friday evening after I came home to missing siding on my house. Someone came out Saturday and the work was completed by Wednesday. Amazing , great customer service and a great job done on my house. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

There's not one bad thing I can say about this company. Communication, responsiveness, and professional have all been top notch. I was impressed with their service and would certainly recommend them. Julian is a jewel.

I asked them to fix a portion of my roof. The guy came out and suggested new gutters. When we got the new gutters, I again asked about replacing the sunken portion of roof over my porch. Excuses were made. I feel like they sold me something I didn't need vs fixing what I need. Now I have to find someone who can actually fix my roof. I wouldn't recommend.

Hired them to repair leak on the roof about 3 months ago. Initially dealing with them was stress free, Ricardo came out and assessed the issue and he was very pleasant.
During the last storm, the roof leaked again in the same area. I called stress free the next day and Ricardo returned the following week (Aug. 22nd ) to see the damage. He advised he would get w/his manager and someone would come out to repair. Had not heard anything after a few days so I called Ricardo to get an update. He was still waiting on his manager.
So initially getting this work done in May, they assessed and repaired within the same week. But if they have to return to address the same issue during your warranty period, you get the runaround because there’s no money involved.
I spoke to Amber 8/31 and she asked if I’m available 9/1 for someone to come out & repair. She’s going to make sure someone could come out & she’d call me back.
Well, today’s 9/6 and still no communication.
It’s been a month today since my call to them.
Stress Free is not the right name, don’t trust it!

We just had our roof replaced by this company today actually. They were professional, courteous, attentive, communicative and did an absolutely amazing job on our roof. We purchased an older house that needed some TLC. We had some water damage from our 25 year old roof and was looking to have it replaced plus repair some areas that had damage. We had a fantastic experience with Stressfree Roofing, they were extremely professional, their pricing was phenomenal, and had great customer service. We have gotten so many compliments on how good the roof looks. We would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or have work done!!!

While Stress Free Roofing was too expensive and they did give poor first impressions by not having an open phone call.

They did however have exemplary sales representatives who went above and beyond in communication between company and client.

Just heads up they are slightly overvalued likely due to overhead and I could never get them to budge on price so don't expect much negotiation.

I would recommend using this company. They did a great job on the shed roof. They were very prompt and professional.

Julian was GREAT! He help walk me through the process of replacing my roof. He was very responsive to all of my questions and calls. Stress-free roofing was truly “stress-free”.

The gutter situation on my house was horrible. I got an estimate about 8 or so months prior to actually doing the work due to budget and time issues. Once I reached back out to them, they reevaluated the work and picked up where they left off. The installation went well and they cleaned up any and all pieces after they were done. The new gutters are way more effective and I am very happy about that.

I just got my roof recently replaced and am very satisfied with the service that Arodi, Julian, Paula, and the rest of the team provided. They were very timely in scheduling a visit to provide a free inspection. Communication was always prompt and superb. The price was reasonable. They were very friendly, responsive, and understanding. On the day of the job, the team came out at about 6:15am on a Saturday! The roof looks great and they did a nice job cleaning up. Through in-person communication, texts, and emails, I must say that they are very professional & responsible, and also very personable. This is a business that values their customers. They want to make sure that their customers are happy and satisfied. I’m glad that I went with Stress Free because I can feel safe knowing that they did a quality job, and should there be any issues, that they will be prompt to address it. Two thumbs up!

It is quite literally a stress free experience. The original roof didn’t have decking. It was old and curling. As a first time home buyer I’m not at all versed in roof and gutter installation so I had to rely on gut and business knowledge. The way I search for companies are by reviews and I was use to seeing companies that had a 4.0, but when i came across Stress Free Roofing with a 5.0 rating I thought that was impossible.
