RST Roofing is the epitome of customer service. After the last storm caused major damage to our roof Jeffrey and his team came by the same day to inspect and cover our roof. So grateful for this local business.

Great time meeting Jeff, however he's promised us an estimate about a month ago and we have not heard back from him despite additional reminders sent by us. We got in touch because of the great reviews on google so I wanted to give an additional perspective for potential customers/ anyone else having a similar issue.

Jeff was friendly and helpful to get me an estimate to replace the roof on a home I am purchasing. The price was very reasonable and I look forward to getting them to work on the house.

I need siding trim repair, and Was told that they have a minimum of three corners to be able to even come out and provide service. This was AFTER taking pictures of the area. I dont blame the receptionist because she didnt know ,but I find it to be odd that a technician would all of a sudden refuse to even provide service after knowing what side of town i reside on. I hope there is no other reason involved.

I contacted RTS Roofing and Renovations for vinyl siding repair. I received a fast response to my initial inquiry and a repair quote soon after. On the day of repair, the technicians were on time, friendly, professional & knowledgeable. My siding repair was completed expertly. I will definitely hire RTS for any future needs for my home. Jeff and his team did an amazing job on some roof repairs that we needed after the purchase of our new home. He is great to work with and I highly recommend his company.

This was both the most, and yet still the least expensive of three quotes I got for our roof fix for a leak in our dining room.

The most important perspective when I considered RST was that this was by far the most comprehensive quote; the inspection suggested there could be issues with the flashing, a nearby valley, or some gutter splashback—in that order. RST estimated the cost of all three repairs, coming in high, with the hopes that the fix was less invasive.

By contrast, the other two quotes were slightly lower, but sure the issue was just the valley. When the working team showed up to repair, the actual damage quite quickly revealed itself to be the flashing, which had been reused from the previous roof (pre-2014). The flashing was horribly mangled from a minimum of two roof installs.

A weekend of heavy rain later, and we’re sure the issue was resolved. RST also waited until we had a good rain to close out the job at a cost LOWER than expected, to reflect work done.

Have used RST roofing twice now and continue ir to recommend them. They are responsive, show up on time, and take time to listen. Very cool perk is that they can use a drone to take pictures of the roofing issue. Gotta admit it’s fun to watch the process. Prices were extremely fair and customer service team is great as well.

We noticed some discolored areas on our ceiling a week ago. Jeffrey Teitelbaum with RST roofing. He came out the next day and gave us a quote. The work was scheduled and complete the following day. We didn't even he's for notice the roofers on site! We highly recommend Jeffrey and his team!

Jeff responded quickly to my inquiry about a roof leak and gave me quotes for various levels of roof repair, from patching the leak to replacing the roof. He noticed and documented extensive hail damage and advised me that I should contact my insurer to see about replacing the roof. It turned out to be excellent advice. My roof needed way more than a patch. Once the insurer had inspected the damage and was on board for a roof replacement, Jeff showed me my options and left big samples of shingles so that I could get a better idea of what they'd look like against my home. Shortly after I made choices, he had his crew out at the crack of dawn to repair the roof. Jeff appeared before the OSB and shingles went on so that he could document the work with drone photographs so that I could see what was removed and what was put down. (Essential for dealing with an insurer.) The crew was efficient and did an excellent job both in the work and in the clean-up -- very minimal damage to my garden, no stray nails, and no debris from the old roof. They were done before dinnertime! Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained the process for the new roof in helpful detail. More importantly, he was a friendly and responsive person to deal with. I highly recommend RST Roofing.

Working with RST Roofing was an great experience. Jeff was able to work with my insurance flawlessly. He was able to get me an New Roof. Not just an new roof. My house is an older home. My roof was constructed with 1" x 8" boards not plywood. Jeff was able to show the insurance company that the materials that was used didn't meet my counties code. That being said. Jeff got me all new decking from my insurance! Plus new gutters also! I have used many contractors in the past. RST Roofing has been a very pleasurable experience!

The problem with our roof was simple but urgent, as we discovered when water stains suddenly appeared during a rain storm. Jeff came over to do an assessment not long after I called and was able to send a crew over to fix it later that week. In between, we had a death in the family that just happened to place the funeral on repair day. Jeff got his guy over early that morning before family began to gather and he was done and out of the way within an hour. RST's price seemed comparable at first to the other roofing company we considered, but once I got things in writing, I discovered that the other company hadn't included all materials in their estimate. Jeff had, and it ended up being significantly cheaper.

This was the best service I have ever received on my home. From the beginning to the end, RST Roofing went the extra mile to make sure I was well informed about work to be done. They were always on time, did what they promised, and left the work area cleaner than when they started. I cant say enough about Jeffrey. He is so professional and yet you feel like you have known him forever. His personality and friendliness are hard to find these days. He went out of his way to explain every step of the process to me, bring me samples and returned all my calls even after job was completed. My new roof is beautiful and I couldn't be any happier. I would recommend RST roofing to anyone needing their services. I think they are the best in the business.

We quoted 3 different companies for our roof repair, one didn’t follow through with their services, one said this was below their required minimum, and RST took on the job with reasonable price. They were prompt to respond and were professional. I’m attaching the photos of their work.

Our insurance company listed this company as vendor to repair the leak in our kitchen. I called they came out the same day to appraise the damage. The started working on the repairs the next week and finished ahead of schedule. The only downside was that they couldn’t find the tile that we had originally but they did their best to find something similar that was available. I would definitely consider them for any other home repairs.

From initial conversation to completion of roof, Jeff was great! Work was completed in a day and I was very pleased. Due to it being done during the holidays, he was also very understanding. Very pleased with the company!

We used RST Roofing to help us fix up the exterior of a house that we had recently purchased. The gutters had previously been partially rusted and leaking, part of the soffit and fascia were deteriorating as well as a small portion of the siding.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and response time of each representative of the company. Anytime I had a question, I would get a response within an hour, and most times it was within 5-10 minutes. I could also tell that each representative truly cared about the final work product, and they went out of their way to make sure everything turned out great. I noticed there were some nails left on the ground that we found after the gutters were installed by the subcontractor, but after doing a quick sweep everything was clean.

Another memorable moment during the services was that we needed a piece of our siding about 25-30 feet high replaced and painted. Although it was not part of the company's typical services, they said since they were already out at the house they would fix it as well.

We felt the price was definitely reasonable, and appreciated that the company has a cash option which was convenient. It's worth noting that you'll have to pay cash in person, but the owner is very flexible and gave me a lot of great tips about roofing that we'll definitely use in the future.

In summary, I would recommend this company in the future and plan to use them on other projects that come up down the road. Very friendly people and reasonably priced services.

Mark with RST ROOFING was very thorough and professional with my roof repair. During Hurricane Isaias I had a very large tree limb fall on my roof and caused a significant leak and his team came out and stopped the leak. During my insurance claim because of COVID-19 it took longer than it should have, and RST Roofing was very understanding and patient. Once the claim finally came through they came out and did the needed repairs and did a great job. I was very happy to have them fix my roof. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I had our roof replaced a week ago by RST Roofing LLC and we are very pleased with the result/ We felt the initial inspection of our old roof was the most informative and honest of all the 4 vendors we contacted. We appreciated the opportunity to have time to choose shingles in various light conditions. The Owens-Corning shingle we selected was recommended by CR. The job was completed in one long day and the guys worked really hard to make that happen. Aside from a few more nails we picked up, the job was done with near perfection.

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience with RST Roofing. I talked to Jeffery in the morning and his crew were at my house that afternoon. Told them where I thought the leak was and they went to work. After searching online for roofing companies near my home, I called Jeffrey Teitelbaum, the owner of RST Roofing, to request an inspection of my 20-year-old roof and provide estimates to repair any roof damage or to replace the entire roof. Jeffrey completed a thorough inspection of my roof that afternoon, then marked, and took photos of damaged shingles and vents so I could see the extent of the hail damage. I hired RST Roofing to remove and replace all the roof shingles as well as the gutters and I'm very pleased with the results. The roofing crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the work and clean up in one day. Jeffrey was onsite off and on throughout the day the new shingles were installed and went out of his way to obtain a specific piece of lumber to replace a rotten portion of the porch soffit.
