We called The Roof Guys for an issue we were having with a leak in the roof. Brody came out and right from the start was extremely professional and most importantly very personable. It didn’t feel like a sale. It really felt more to me like a brother helping another brother out of a jam. Brody responded to our call for service quickly and had the issue diagnosed almost immediately. The issue was fixed just as promptly. I honestly would not recommend anyone else for the job. A billion stars out of 10 is my rating. 100 percent will be using them in the future!

Kevin and his team at The Roof Guys were wonderful. We had them do a new roof, siding, and gutters. Kevin sat down with my wife and I and listened to us on what we were looking for. Recently had my roof replaced and upgraded. Called out Brody Forgrave as they were recommended. Came out inspected my roof and found damage from hail that really did a number on my roof. Came out a couple more times to to ensure measurements were on point for a more accurate quote. Once everything was ready to go, it was a quick material order delivery and install. The guys did an amazing job on my roof cleaned up after themselves and any trash they left they threw away. If i was to ever replace my barn roof, they would be the first company i call to get it done.

Brent and Brandon are great to work with. Answered all of our questions. They made the process so easy, from the financing to completing the project. They installed our new roof and we couldn't be happier.

Great group with a good eye for detail! Fixed some missing soffit on my house, matched it perfectly, and tacked down a few areas of concern. Very friendly and efficient.

Had an emergency at my house where birds had torn off 2 vent covers and built a nest in the dryer duct and this left 2 holes in the sides of my house. The Roof Guys were the only company to agree to replace the covers. They came within hours of me calling and took care of the issue. Small job but great service. Will definitely recommend to others. My family has used The Roof Guys before and they are always friendly and do nice work. We have only had a couple problems with small leaks in the last year or so and they have been great. Both times it was not a major issue and they fixed the problem in a matter of minutes said no charge. Have no reason to think of calling any other company when we need anything for the roof.

I've used the Roof Guys for 2 separate repairs and they have exceeded my expectations both times. Last year I had a leak in my roof after I had another company come out the year prior to fix it. During heavy rains we'd end up with a small puddle in the kitchen. A roofer came out and diagnosed the problem was an incorrectly installed pipe boot. He showed me pictures of the prior repair, and explained what was done wrong, and what they did to fix it. He showed me pictures of the correctly installed boot. We have not had any roof leaks as far as I can tell since they came out last year. This year I had a gutter come off of my porch. I called the roof guys again and they had John come out the next day to look at it. The following day it was fixed. I will be using the Roof Guys anytime I need any work done on my Roof or Gutters.

This is the second time I have had the Roof Guys out to fix damaged metal and shingle roofing from wind. Both times they were very courteous and efficient. The cost was very fair. And the time it took them was much less that the other place I had do some work three years ago. Very similar work. No question in my mind who I will call when I need more roof work done. Highly recommend them.

Had trouble getting people to want to do repairs or giving a super high price estimate. Not these guys! Got the job done very nicely and saved a lot of money. These guys will get it done!

Great service and will use them in the future. They came out to repair a section of my roof. They were on time and up front with what was going on. We’re very honest and not trying to make me over pay for the work. Would recommend to everyone.

I personally have had nothing but a poor interaction with these guys. Started with having them come out for a dripping in my walls and they replaced some foam, charged me $100 and said it would fix the issue. I believed him... Big mistake. Well come back to that problem. While he was there for that though we got to talking about putting a metal roof on my back porch, so we agreed on a price and they come out and when I say problem after problem Im not even kidding... they did a horrible job. I had to have them keep coming back to fix stuff. I kept all the pictures just in case something happens with it but come to find the boss told me he couldnt find any help and hes basically getting whoever he can. It showed... Now since about 6 months passed I come to find that the reason why I called them in the first place is a major leak and dripping water in my walls! Ive gave this company EVERY possible op to make this right. They gave me half my money back for the poor job they did on my rear porch, and admitted it was their first time dealing with doing a metal layment on a ceiling after theyre the ones who suggested I do that lol, but I cant let go that they missed this leak in the first place because now Im dealing with a much bigger problem when it couldve possibly been avoided not as bad as a situation... I hope noone else has to go through what I did and this is your warning.

Company will not return multiple calls. Despite using them in the past, a call back would be nice and a serious red flag.

The company will probably tout “going above and beyond” as well as us owning a business. Going above and beyond should always be a primary directive of customer service. We no longer own a biz but when we did, we called people back within 24 hours - not weeks or months. Communication and treating people with dignity and respect is

Kevin arrived a few minutes before the appointment time. Even replaced the damaged shingles despite the rain that started. Through it all he was very professional. Would highly recommend them and will definitely consider them for any future work.

The roof guys were working on the house across the street and noticed i have wind damage and offered to screw a dangling piece back into place and no charge. Much appreciated and will be incontact for future business

We had developed a small leak in our ceiling. Brandon came out to give a repair estimate, identified the small issue that was causing the leak, and fixed it on the spot. He took the time to talk about some other issues we were having and gave us some possibilities on how they could be addressed. Brandon is professional and focused on meeting the needs of his customers. Definitely will be our go to roof and gutter guy.

Kevin and his team are the best! I called for a small job of adding heat tape on my roof and downspouts. Other roofing contractors only wanted to sell me new gutter gutters/guards and stated that they did not provide this service. Kevin came out the next day and quoted the job and returned the next week as promised to install. I am all set !!! Please if you need anything roof or gutter related give these folks a try and you will not be disappointed in their service or price:-)

The best company ever. We got the estimate that morning an by afternoon our roof was fixed. We were having problems getting a window fixed and a tree down Brandon also took the time to call and hooked us up with both so much appreciated that. ( We just bought our house and we couldn't get anyone to come give estimates). Brandon was kind enough to help us with that to. Love this company. The price was very reasonable, the work was professional. Very very happy with the roof guy's. Highly recommend

I called for a free roof inspection at 3:30 pm. Brandon was out first thing the next morning. He was very knowledgeable & helpful with our leak issue. Great customer service. I will definately call them again if needed.

Would highly recommend them, had some wind damage and decided just to replace roof, got the metal charcoal and love it, left for work one day, came home and there was a new roof, no one was around, lol.. thanks again guys

They removed the old roof and installed a new metal roof. Our house has several compound additions. The installation required a lot of hand fitting. All was done in a very professional manner with no irregular edges. Well worth the investment. AA++

Called The Roof Guys this morning about a small leak - they came out the same day - took pictures of the issue - fixed the issue at a fair price. Also noticed another issue on the side that they fixed right away for a small fee - would recommend to anyone in the area to use the Roof Guys.

I had some roof repairs that I needed taken care of. The guys arrived on time and got right to work. They were very personable and easy to talk to about the problems I was having with the roof. I would highly recommend them and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
