My contractor Wes Jones was very helpful and guided me through every phase of my roof project.From beginning to end of the project he personally made sure I was informed and that every detail was managed. The install crew worked diligently and hard to get the job done efficiently and surprisingly quick. When the job was completed they took care to make sure they cleaned up everything, removed debris and used magnets to ensure all nails were removed and no trash was left behind. Wes made sure to sent the warranty and all receipts for my records. The communication from beginning to end of project was great. We had a great project in siding our residence. Wes, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and professional getting the project started without any delays. The installation crew were very polite and organized throughout the project making the entire project a success!

Everyone at Dyers were very helpful and professional. Wes, our salesman, explained to us why we were having so many problems with our roof and exactly what they would do to fix it. The roofers were very good. I have a lot of plants, and they were very careful about doing the best they could not to damage them. They worked very hard and got the roof replaced in one day! They cleaned up and made sure there were no nails left in the driveway and no trash was left anywhere. The person who installed the gutters also did a very good job. Wes was able to convince my insurance company to approve a new roof after they originally denied it. He kept me up to date on the entire process leading up to the project being started. When it was time for my roof to be done the gentlemen who worked on it did an amazing job! Not only was my roof done in less than a day but they even stayed late to get everything done. And even Miss Talisa was extremely helpful with walking me through the steps from: delivery of the materials and scheduling the work to be done, to receiving the final payment and follow up questions.

After a tornado damaged our house, I reached out to Dyer Remodeling for the repairs, the whole process went smooth.
James did a GREAT job negotiating with the insurance company and made sure all repairs were completed to their standards.
We were still living in the house without any disruption from any of the crew.

The folks at Dyer were friendly and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. They completed our job in one day which was fantastic and also cleaned up several times after which was awesome! We highly recommend them to do any work on your home.

Dyer Remodeling did a fantastic job of repairing my home after a storm had caused damaged to my house. They were thorough, courteous, and expeditious. I would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

Sean and his crew worked hard making our washer and dryer accessible upstairs and insulating our garage. Our project turned out better than we imagined! The work was done efficiently and the clean up was spotless.

I hired Dyer to reroof my house after they are sided the house in the springtime. I am very pleased with the results of both. They installed ridge vents in the roof to help airflow through the attic. They cleaned up after they finished very well. I would highly recommend Dyer for siding and roofing.

Dyer Remodeling is a class act. They are very professional, respond back to calls and emails in a timely manner, and do great work. When they were finished with my barn roof you couldn’t even tell they were here. They cleaned up all scraps and made it look better than it did before they got here. The crew for Dyer did a great job on the roof of our building. It was definitely a challenge. The job was completed quickly and the job site was cleaned up each day.

My roof was damaged by the storms in March. Insurance approved my claim and sent the money within in days. I was referred to Dyer by friends and had always heard great things. Unfortunately that was not my experience. It is now mid-July and after waiting all this time I had to go to another company. Thankfully my roof will be done next week and the new company actually met me at my house and showed me everything being done. Dyer made it seem like a partial replacement when in actuality it is full brand new roof! The communication from Dyer was not professional or honest and all I was told 2 months after initial contact was "we have 30-40 jobs needing done and we will let you know when you are on the list.". I went 4 weeks without any reply to my last email yet the moment I emailed to cancel I received a call, text and 2 emails. Had I known it would take 3 months to even get on the list I would've gone elsewhere earlier. My roof has been tarped since the last snowfall. All I needed was an honest timeline and professional communication.
