Water was coming into our basement which we were confident was the result of a gutter issue. Tim came out within an hour to diagnose the issue and quote us a price to fix the problem. His communication remained quick and effective at all times, including during a driving rainstorm before the problem could be fixed permanently. He offered a temporary solution and had one of his guys come out right away to mitigate actively water coming in. I would recommend them to anybody who needs roof or gutter repairs

I called Roof Doctor early one morning because we had water rushing in from the exhaust pipe of our water heater. Roof Doctor got back to me as soon as they opened and had someone out to our house in a just a couple hours. After an inspection and fair quote, they had a technician out here two days later to fix the problem before the next stint of rain. I am very appreciate of their timely response and quality work.

The Roof Doctor done a fantastic job. My husband is a retired roofer, so we knew what to expect. Everything was done so professional from beginning to end. That's the kind of job I like! The employees were very professional and friendly. Tim was there inspecting frequently and asking if we had any questions. After completion, Tim sent Stanley over to inspect the roof for final touch ups if needed. The team is above the five star so we had them do a rental property as well. After having several hail and wind storms over the summer, I was pretty sure I needed a new roof. My insurance company gave me several roofers to contact, some never even returned my call. I am so glad that I chose The Roof Doctor. Tim, the owner was very helpful working with my insurance company and me every step of the way. He even came on the inspection day with my insurance company to look at the roof, and called often to keep me informed. His crew was great and did an excellent job. Had a chimney repair company come out and quoted $6500 to make all the neccasary repairs they listed. Roof Doctor and Gutter Relief come out a couple days later. Tim provided an estimate after his inspection for $1825.00 with a two year warranty. PROBLEM FIXED NO LEAKS AFTER 3 MONTHS. THANKS TIM.

Roof Doctor did a great job trimming the trees off my gutters and walk way area. They kept me informed all the way through the process, and then cleaned up really well afterwards. I would definitely recommend Roof Doctor.

This company is the best hands down! Tim Cooley was so professional and really took his time to explain to us what needed to be and how it was going to get done. I called on a Monday and he was out by that afternoon. The price was reasonable, and when I tell you all they literally squeezed us in the last minute they really did. The whole process was a 2 week thing and his workers especially Troy did great work. Thanks again guys, you were the best.

I had to call on a Sunday about a ceiling leak and got an answer from the owner Tim Cooley. He promptly came over the following workday and let me know exactly the problem I had with my roof. My chimney needed repaired and was causing leak into living room ceiling. I had a very professional and easy experience with this roof company from start to finish . The price was definitely fair for the chimney repair. The roofers went out of their way to seal up any other areas on my house roof & shed roof that needed repair!
