From the start the communication from Julia and Rosie was great. I am an out of state owner that needed a new roof on a rental house asap. I own multiple rentals and was not looking forward to not being able to be there to manage it. It was hard to meet anyone in person from other companies, and even then I wasn't confident they'd manage the project well with me not being there. Julia gave me a great rundown of her findings...they work to communicate with tenants which greatly helps since I can't always answer the phone. Every step of the way I could see a live photo drop of the progress which gave me confidence the project was being done well. When I called I expected their pricing to be far above much lesser competitors, but was happily surprised it was right in line. With that it was a no brainer...they even helped me with a siding trim piece repair and chimney cap. They offer 0% financing over 18 months which really helps if you don't want to use avl cash. I haven't even gotten to see the roof yet and I'm leaving a 5 star review because of the service, ease, and price. Highly recommend...get Julia and Rosie on your team and you won't regret it! I wish every project I did was this smooth.

Great job all around. We were in the middle of construction on one of our properties and needed to get a few old chimney vents removed before closing up the inside. They delivered material the day before the installation, then came the day of, tore off the old roof and installed the new one in a day! Anyone who has had a roof replaced knows how much of a mess is usually left over, none… not a single speck of dust, not one nail left. That is how thorough they were.
