Scott is a professional contractor who installed new siding on our home. He and his crew showed up early everyday (weather permitting) ready to get the day started. Materials arrived as promised, area was cleaned daily and any additional work needed was discussed before hand with a clear understanding of additional costs needed. Scott works with his crew daily to get the job completed in a timely manner. We recommend The Renewal Group and will have them do additional repairs/upgrades to our home in the future.

My project was to add an attached garage to my home. The overall experience was positive and I can recommend The Renewal Group as a quality contractor. Scott did a nice job managing the project, finishing on schedule and budget. The finished garage is well built and it looks like it was part of the original build.

FYI - The Renewal Group is only interested in building new, very large, decks. The only repair they offer is a new deck. And a new, 2000 sq ft Trex deck at $40K would be on their job list to do at Thanksgiving! The website doesn't accurately represent what the company (and name of the company) are actually interested in doing.

I called the Renewal Group for a quote on my house siding. I wasn't sure if I was going to have all the siding replaced or just have the damaged areas repaired. I talked to Scott about my situation and he gave me options for both. He told me his strategy for repairing the damaged areas as well as how he could finish the entire house siding. We decided to go with the entire siding replacement and he explained every step from start to finish, and he gave me a quote that was very reasonable. Scott is very professional and a pleasure to work with. His team came in and finished the project in 2 and a half days and it looks fabulous. We went with the cement fiber Hardie Planks, which is completely different from our old siding. Our house used to look like it had an outdated style but now it looks like a brand new house. Scott even recommended that we pre-paint the planks before installation, which we did and it saved us from having to climb a ladder and paint later. Everything went smooth and I will definitely call the Renewal Group again when another project comes up, and I would highly recommend to others as well.
