I had a leak in my roof at couple of places. Eric did a great job by promptly responding to my service request and immediately tarping the leak. He scheduled a repair couple of days later on a Sunday. He gave me a clear explanation on what went wrong and also gave recommendations of what I should do as preventive maintenance. I had three defective box vents and he recommended replacing the other four also as it would fail in couple of months. Throughout the process, he was very transparent and I am glad I found him. Great guy, great service and reasonable pricing.

It’s hard enough to find a good company when you are a member of the community you’re looking for, but when you don’t live in the state & you are trying to find a qualified company for your project, it’s like drawing straws. You never know what you’re gonna get till it’s done. I’ll have to say, from the very first conversation with Eric, I knew we had the right company for us. Eric & his team did an excellent job for us & everything went as he said it would. No add ons or delays. We highly recommend Eric & his team for anybody who lives in the Marietta area.

One true measure of a company is "how responsive are they". Eric and his team always responded immediately and any questions I had or any requests were addressed. Also, Eric made it super easy for me, he handled everything, communicating with my insurance company, quotes, photos, analysis, everything!
