We had water damage and were displaced from our home because of it. AYS did a quick and efficient job getting everything fixed for us to move back in. The minor issues we found due to the time constraints they had no problem fixing up as well. We even got to upgrade our shower tile during the process. They were easy to work with, David and Irving were a pleasure.

They did a spectacular job. They took what seemed like a disaster and fixed it in no time and with great expertise. Will use them again for all our home remodeling needs

Great experience with AYS on replacing our sliding glass door. David was the project manager and kept me updated on the status of the door order and once it arrived, they got it installed within a day. This is our second project with AYS and have been very pleased at the quality of their work as well as excellent communication about the project.

I hired AYS Renovation to renovate and remodel one of the homes bathrooms. AYS was a delight to work with. Their proposal was competitive and within my budget. We occupied the entire house during our renovation and AYS team worked with us to avoid as many disruptions as possible. Their employees were polite, friendly, respectful and highly skilled keeping with my requirements to minimize dirt and dust in the building. Each phase from demolition to final inspection was completed in the timeframe required and the bathroom was completed in ten working days except Sunday. The finished product is beautiful in every way and i will enjoy using my new bath for many years to come.

I hired AYS to help me install a dishwasher after the delivery people refused to install it. I scheduled an appointment with AYS and they showed up on time and installed the dishwasher. They gave me a few tips on keeping my appliance clean and running smooth too. I really appreciated that. Once they tested the dishwasher for any possible leaks, they were on there way. I'd use them again.

After a water line break in my home, AYS sent Phil to handle the repairs. He made sure we were taken care of. We had to remodel our entire bathroom. Never had such a smooth process. Additionally, we had to make a few last minute changes and he was extremely adaptable to our needs.

Mr Hoang helped install our doors and replace our basement staircase and rails with incredible care and craftsmanship. His knowledge of code and craft were greatly appreciated. He is a great wizard of the contracting world where many are mere muggles.

I could not have asked for a better restoration team than Karin and Daniel. They did excellent work, were pleasant and respectful, and always cleaned up after themselves. I have already recommended them to friends.

We had extensive floor renovations for our church. They were very professional, attentive to details, completed the work on time. Ana and the crew did an amazing job! I was told 2 weeks just to be safe, but that it was probably going to be just over a week. They finished in a week! Not that this is typical but I was impressed. Ana was so adamant to ensure she deliver an impeccable outcome. The crew and Ana most certainly did! I’m so excited to have my place updated, with new walls as those were missing due to water damage. And lovely paint which has brightened everything! My mom highly recommended AYS after they did some work for her and now I go onto highly recommend them as well!!

Me and my husband bought our first house. The house was perfect for us, but it was a little out of date. Tim Brenner with AYS came out, listened to us about what we wanted, and even gave us some ideas. AYS got to work right away and turned our new house into our home and we are so happy with how it turned out.

After our water mitigation was completed we contracted with AYS to perform the restoration of our kitchen which involved major repair to cabinets, sheetrock, door and baseboard trim and repainting the entire kitchen. All of the work was performed in a professional manner to our complete satisfaction. The employees were always on time and did an excellent job including being on time and keeping everything clean. When the job was complete, the cost was exactly the same as the estimate.
Everyone that we dealt with treated us with respect and we could not be happier with the outcome. We are happy to refer AYS and feel assured that they will be treated right.

AYS did an amazing job! Their estimator worked with me regarding the scope of work needed which they submitted to our homeowner's insurance. Their project manager was knowledgeable and friendly and walked me through what flooring and paint colors we would need. Their renovation team was professional and very competent installing drywall, baseboards, hardwood floors, and painting. AYS finished on time and under budget. Basement had water damage. Matt and his crew came and finished the repair within a week as he said they would. Despite the small size of the project, they never made me feel insignificant. I would recommend them.

To express our disappointment is an understatement. I have had this company do our restoration for a clean water flood we had LAST YEAR (6 DAYS SHY OF TURNING EXACTLY ONE YEAR) We had someone come in and this guy bless his heart but he was very young, told me the whole house flooring was covered only for the company to come back to us 6 months down the line charging us for the kitchen because it wasn't "included" the floors were covered as a whole and before signing my husband made sure I made sure that the whole flooring was included. This guys says yes, so I didn't think of it and signed the contract (WHICH IF I MAY ADD THEY ARE IN BREACH OF) Then when I am told that I had to come up with an extra 3k because (the kitchen was not included) I lost it. The manager or whoever said to me and I quote (WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THE MONEY? HUH?! HUH?!!?!) WHY ON EARTH WOULD I NEED TO BE 1. QUESTIONED BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMPANY 2. OUR DEDUCTIBLE WAS ALMOST 10K SO I FOUND IT VERY OFFENSIVE COMING FROM A PERSON WHO IS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE) this was not the case. By the time this was going on I was hoping my floors would be done by thanksgiving.. nope... by christmas.. nope.. ok perhaps by easter.. not even a call or a follow up from anyone. I asked for the owners number to talk directly to him but they were so secretive they wouldn't give me his number. They had phil show up and look at the job.. okay he looked concerned but that was IT... I then would follow up with him and he wouldn't follow up back. I asked for a meeting with the owner and the kid who did my estimate by the name christian to be in that meeting and look me straight in the eyes and tell me he didn't tell me the whole house was included. (We had a loss in the family back in May and that was the last time we exchanged messages with phil. It is now almost a WHOLE YEAR and no one has gotten back to me. They collected the second payment but failed to finish the job included with the second payment. I have contacted my insurance company and they have no record of them asking for a supplemental to break the cement and finish the job. They redirected me to luz a woman who not only was so condescending to the point I refuse to deal with her. so there we are stuck with BARE floors and unfinished work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. After how we have been treated. We are law abiding citizens and did not and do not deserve this kind of malpractice. You would think that after being a company in the construction industry they would at the very least cover their behinds but they never called to follow up. They were great at collecting the money but not finishing the job. I have been to the point I have contacted the builders association in the state to see what my options are. They are in breach of contract and I have had it with their disregard to getting the job completed. I am about to go to Hampton restoration review to give them my review. You wanted a review so bad when you showed up at my door. Well here is one A YEAR LATER. A TOTAL SCAM AND COMPLETE DISSAPPOINMENT IN TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT FINISHING THE JOB. I even started to wonder if this is because I am Hispanic? Because I see stellar reviews of super expensive homes. My home and my business is no different. I will be uploading pictures. my doors were removed my floors are bare, my bills went up. A TOTAL RIPPOFF company. TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED ONE MERE PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE AND I REFUSE TO GET ON THEM FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOB.

We had the unfortunate experience of working with AYS. Our shower pan failed and leaked into our kitchen. We coordinated with a mitigation and abatement company to get us started. The two separate companies were very responsive and got us going and ready for our rebuild. The mitigation company highly recommended AYS to help us with the rebuild. We signed our contract, paid our deposit, and coordinated the initial site visit. It started out well with the initial site visit and then everything was downhill from there. Week after week we were promised a schedule to begin ordering materials and start construction. Our PM never returned a single phone call. We sent text messages, emails and left voicemails and could not get anyone from AYS to give us a straight answer regarding a schedule or timeframe to start work. It proved to be incredibly difficult to get any information regarding our project from AYS. After a month of non-responsiveness and complete unprofessionalism, we requested our contract be terminated and a refund of our deposit. It was easier for us to coordinate this request than any other part of the process with AYS. Luckily for us, the company obliged and we moved on to another more responsible contractor. Unfortunate that we wasted a month of time with this contractor. We would not recommend using this contractor.

Great service. Took care of my problem in a timely manner, cleaned up the mess and left everything in good shape. I would definitely use them again, if the need arises.

Wow, wow, wow! I was a victim of the ATL cold snap of 2022 around December with a copper pipe that burst behind my wall leaving one inch of water in my den. I chose At Your Service after not being impressed with another company that provided a bid for the same work to replace all my flooring and drywall repair. I own my own small business, so customer service and doing a good job is CRUCIAL! I can say without a doubt that At Your Service and their project manager Phil, provided WHITE GLOVE SERVICE. I seriously did not have to lift a finger. I have never experienced such fast, efficient and professional service when it comes to home repair, in my entire life. From the consultation process, to informing me of next steps, to being quick to respond to any question, I can't give them high enough stars. From the time they started, I had a new floor, fixed drywall and paint and a fixed leak within 1.5 weeks. Don't hesitate to give them a call and ask for Phil. He's worth his weight in gold.

I contacted Home Advisor and was given At Your Service as a company who did remodeling. I researched the company, AYS, and made my decision after speaking with the helpful, informative office staff. Tim came out to my home, gave me an estimate, and explained how their process worked. During my project of remodeling my bath Tim (Project Manager) came by numerous times to check on me and the progress of the project. Tim went WAY beyond in helping me find a piece of counter top for my existing cabinet and drove many miles to secure the top.
Several teams were in my home, ripping out the tub, busting up concrete, tiling, painting, and all the while they cleaned up each night. Again, Tim, was always checking in on their progress.

We had AYS remodel a screened in porch and turn it into an enclosed office space. Included insulation, demo, drywall, electrical, running internet to the space, HVAC, and paint/flooring.

We had Armando and his crew on our job and worked with Tim as well. There workers were efficient, polite, and did very good work. I feel the pricing was fair especially for the quality of work.

AYS performed reconstruction after a water pipe leak damaged a bathroom and bedroom. They did a very good job and met the project budget, and kept good communication so we could plan for when they would be working. They used very competent subcontractors who could do everything we needed, We would definitely recommend them to others.

The initial experience we had with AYS was not positive but that was mainly due to the project manager assigned to us. Phil came on to correct all the flaws and get things done right. Working with Phil was a good experience and he worked with us to get things done near Christmas which I know was hard. Review would be higher if disregarding the work and experience with the first project manager we had.

They showed up once a week if that and were completely unresponsive when they were showing up. Told us that the job would take three weeks and it took 7 months. They had 3rd party workers do all the work and it turned out sub par. When they had one of their workers come out he agreed about how bad of a job it was because they used 3rd party workers. Would not recommend using.

After several glitches with project management, all the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Thanks to USAA for being so patient with AYS.

I have used AYS restoration twice now for my guest bathroom leak and master bathroom shower pane leak. Both times Tim was responsive, professional and his team delivered the services around the timelines I requested. The second time I had a time crunch for the work that needed to be done due to travel timelines; he made sure he squeezed me in and did the work to an acceptable point or me to travel. As soon as I got back in, they finished what was started and he always set the expectations so there are no surprises. I can truly say I am satisfied with both jobs and will use their services again in the event it is needed.

We just bought a home in need of many cosmetic updates. We found AYS at the recommendation of a friend. Absolutely fantastic experience. Our kitchen is everything we hoped it would be. Tim is extremely helpful, professional, and great with updates and communication. We changed our mind about grout color day of installation and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Tim also brainstormed with us about how to fit an extra large sink into our kitchen, and came up with great options on how to install. The office was also very helpful, friendly, and accommodating with payments and scheduling. The work crew was wonderful, professional, and we are beyond happy with our new kitchen! We can’t wait to use AYS again when we finish our basement.

My husband and I decided to change our sunroom carpet to vinyl floor. After doing some research and recommend from family and friends we chose AYS to do it. They were very professional and friendly. They consulted us which materials is best for our sunroom and how everything goes. They were very punctual and get everything done sooner than we expected. Overall, we highly recommend AYS if you want to restore or renovate your home. AYS is the best.

AYS came in and installed drywall and completed a half bath remodel. Another company did a mold remediation and then their sister company never finished the job. I had AYS come in and they had my bathroom restored and looking beautiful in no time. After completion of the work, I had a slight issue with the stability of the toilet and they sent someone to fix it. Everything is in great shape now. I found AYS to be dependable and professional and reasonably priced.

AYS was recommended to us by Hampton Restoration Group after we had a water leak from a broken kitchen faucet. They worked with our insurance company and did a good job restoring our kitchen and exercise room. We would recommend them and use them again in the future.

The Project Manager was on top of the project from beginning to end. Job was completed in timely manner, all the subcontractors were respectful of my home, and they cleaned up daily which made my project enjoyable.

Working with AYS was the worst experience I have ever had with a company, hands down. We contracted with them on a job repairing damages from a water leak that included new flooring and ceiling in my kitchen, new carpet in the master bedroom, new flooring in the master bath and replacing the master bath vanity.
I would like to firstly say the team that actually did the work at our house was phenomenal. HOWEVER, everything else about the company was horrible.
We had 3 different project managers throughout the project, they clearly did not ever speak with one another and started from scratch 3 different times. The work on the project didn't begin until 2 months after we signed on with them! The final project manager we worked with did not communicate with us: he would send teams out to our house without letting us know first, and when they arrived they would inform us we wouldn't be able to use our kitchen for the entire day - without any time to prepare; This was during quarantine with 3 children under the age of 5 - then would go a week+ without having anyone come out, without letting us know. This would mean we would have flooring missing, ceilings half repaired, carpet peeled up but not replaced, our entire kitchen ropes off...etc - for indefinite amounts of time and no expectation of when it would be completed. Our "routine" for about a month was to be prepared to not be able to use our kitchen all day, without any idea if they would actually be in our home that day.
He would also have things delivered to our house without letting us know - we had things coming and going from our front porch without any idea how long they would be there. Several times we would receive a call in the middle of the day ensuring we would be home in 30 minutes to receive ___________, more than once we had to let them know we would not be home because we had no advanced notice. Once this meant a delivery got delayed a week because we weren't able to receive it. He once left carpet on our front porch for a week - which subsequently got damaged by the rain - then got angry with us when we insisted he get new carpet and not install a wet carpet in our house.
We also caught him lying several times on a project. The first time it was when he tried to order a pre-fab vanity for our bathroom multiple times 0 each time we told him that the estimate we signed with them included a custom vanity (our bathroom is not typical dimensions so the vanity had to be custom measurements). The third time he did this he was proposing they order 2 pre-fab vanity's and cut the second one in half, and combine them to fit out bathroom. I went around him since it was the third time this had happened and called the owner to insist they install a custom vanity as the estimate indicated. When they asked him why he kept trying to use a pre-fab vanity instead of the custom vanity with measurements already taken he told them my wife had indicated she would prefer a pre-fab vanity with typical measurements. This was a lie, she had never said that...
Another time he insisted the reason his teams hadn't come out for a week was because the flooring they were installing needed that much time to condition to the house (it wasn't wood flooring, conditioning was not necessary). However later in the project he had to order more packs of the same flooring, and had his team install it the same day it was ordered. I asked why that flooring didn't also need to condition, he never responded - I asked the owner the same question and she said he must have just been confused.
On the rare occasions he would speak to me it was always through text, he was rude and sarcastic, and the conversation always ended with him not responding. I asked the owner several times to please replace him with one of the first 2 project managers we had had, both of whom I thought were fine. She said she couldn't do that because our PM was new and needed the experience, but that he would 'get better' - he did not.

After speaking to AYS in Jan of 2021 I was giving an estimate for repairs due to an insurance claim. At no time did this company indicate there was a minimum for services or that there was any other requirements I was simply told they where about 3 weeks out. After getting my insurance company to agree with the charges and checks where issued I waited for a call back which never got. After reaching out to them they advised they have a 2500.00 minimum to perform any work. I do not recommend this company based on the actions of pre-sales / sales / contractual. Lady was rather short and could give .02 what I was told as the sales guy was no longer with the company.

I am a believer that there are genuine concerned and caring people (AYS) out there. My calamity happened in Nov...worst time of year with the holidays but Phil tried hard to accommodate me. I was very skeptical that I had to pack out 2 floors - did NOT want this at all. But Phil was right - wanted to make sure new flooring was installed properly and had time to settle (dry).

I was so overwhelmed but looking back over these past 2 months I can honestly say Phil had so much patience with me. I kept asking questions and was very doubtful.

The drywall and painting job was very professional. My home looks brand “new” thanks to AYS. Friends have commented as well and one even said, I am amazed at the superb job - all details were taken care of! He didn’t expect it - remodeled their kitchen and contractors never finished the job.

AYS will finish the job AND to your satisfaction before accepting final payment!
