Our job was an odd one, and not a very large one at that. We ran into some issues due to the nature of the work and a few missteps in communication for the crew. Something I've experienced many times but in way worse ways with other contractors.

What impressed me was the amount of effort Fowler went into trying to achieve the best possible outcome for a project they probably would have rather walked away from. I am grateful for the ownership Fowler took over the job and I am satisfied with the final solution and would more than happily use and recommend them again!

Justin Mullins explained everything that they were going to do in writing. We were able to see on paper what was going to be done. He did a video showing what our issues were and gave us a quote for repairs and a quote for a new roof. We chose to go with a new roof. The crew showed up when they said they would. Covered a lot of our yard with tarps and even covered the stairs coming off of the deck. The roof looks fabulous and I would recommend them for your next roofing job.

After speaking to several companies, we decided to go with Fowler Exteriors for our roofing needs due to the complexity of our roof. After coming out and quoting, we scheduled to have the roof completed. With the condition, size, and unusual characteristics of the roof, we expected at least a week or two for it to be completed. The roof was completed withing a matter of days. Their workers were professional, respectful, and left zero trash behind. We were kept in the loop during the entire job process with them using a very need tool that supplied me with a link to all then photos of the roof before, during, and after the process. We are very pleased with the job they have completed on the house, and went ahead and had them complete one of the unattached garages. We plan to use them to complete our other garage and gazebo soon. Along with doing an amazing job, they also sent us the different types of shingles outlining the difference between them. We highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Fowler Exteriors in March. I had a water stain on the ceiling of my guest bedroom. I called Fowler and they found the issue right away and fixed it.

We just had our house reroofed by Fowler Exteriors and were very pleased with the whole process. Lee, Salvador, and their team were very concerned with the quality of their work and were pleasant to work with. In a few years when an outbuilding needs to be reroofed, we will certainly call them again. We would definitely recommend them.

Fowler’s came out as soon as I contacted them. Within a day they had a game plan with costs. Helped present that to the insurance adjuster to get more compensation. Once agreed upon, project started within a week. Everything was completed within the day of start. We had roof replaced and upgrade, gutters replaced and upgraded, and leaf guard added, siding repaired. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Fowler Exteriors. I called them after I noticed water stains on my ceiling. The owner came out the next day and took pictures of my roof. That evening he sent me a detailed estimate complete with pictures. The estimate was very reasonable and I asked him to proceed with the repairs. The crew arrived at the appointed time and completed the repairs in one afternoon taking pictures during the process. The owner called later that evening to confirm that the job had been completed to my satisfaction.

I cannot recommend Fowler Exteriors enough… Specifically for roofing repairs, which they accomplished quickly and thoroughly at our house after heavy rain exposed a loose boot around a master bathroom exhaust fan vent…The video introduction they sent out when the appointment was made for a quote describing their process is fantastic and the photographs before and after the job is done should be industry standard!

The price for the repair was fair and the craftsmanship was top-notch!!!

I am extremely fortunate Fowler Exteriors was recommended to me when in need of roof repairs. From start to finish the company excelled. Allison, the “phone face” of the business and contact throughout the process exudes excellent customer service. Through the company’s drone technology with numerous above-roof photos take, salesman and estimator Dan provided me with a free well-documented quote (and even follow-up call at job completion to assure my satisfaction). Now about the repairs. I didn’t envy crew-leader Raul and crew working from my steep-driveway to access a high-pitched roof, but they exceeded my expectations by closely matching their new roof shingles to my old; And, throughout the day apprised me of their work with cell phone photos taken of their progress. Even before billing, the “in-progress-repair” photos were posted to my email for before and after comparison. I highly recommend Fowler Exteriors. My experience was flawless from customer service, to sales, to job pricing, to project completion.

We've worked with Lee Fowler multiple times now. He is a thorough contractor and the Fowler Exterior teams are dedicated and careful workers. All of their work is carefully documented with pictures and a recorded walkthrough both before and after the job. We are very happy with their previous work replacing a roof a few years back and now repairing water damage to various parts of our house's exterior. Their costs are reasonable and they stay on budget, only increasing if absolutely necessary. I highly recommend them for their quality professionalism.

I have great things to say about this company and Lee Fowler. They did an amazing job replacing my roof on an investment property in Big Canoe, which requires cedar shake shingles. Lee found a synthetic version that the HOA accepted which did save me a little bit of money. Through the installation process, they photograph every step so you can see that they did install the special ice and water shield underlayment, and drip edge, and take care of wood rot on the decking. I dropped by on day one and Lee was there with an army of qualified workers. The complicated job was completed in two days which enabled me to rent the home the very next weekend. Communication with the office regarding scheduling, coordination, and next steps is also a huge plus. The quote was accurate and there were no additional charges. I highly recommend this company! Fowler Exteriors did a fantastic job on our new roof, new front porch and chimney rebuild. I appreciated their attention to detail and how well they understood my requests for specific material. On Sunday evening, I discovered a roof leak in my home, and to make matters worse, it was pouring rain with no sign of relief in the forecast. Panicked and unsure who to call, I came across Fowler through a Google search. I filled out their contact form (which I never do) and took a chance, explaining my urgent situation. To my surprise, Allison called me first thing the next morning. She was amazing—reassuring, professional, and empathetic.

Fowler Exteriors replaced all the screws on a 13 year old metal roof on a commercial building. The new screws have a domed cap with a much better washer and should fix any little leaks I was beginning to see. They offered less expensive options but I wanted to go ahead and replace all the screws just to know it’s been fixed properly. The whole process was easy. From quoting to having the work complete. I always like working with family companies and feel that when an owner is on site for the project, you get better workmanship. Thank you all!

Lee and the team at Fowler did a fantastic job all around. I'm big on communication and schedules, and they overdelivered in that regard. They also use thermal imaging technology and take pictures and video before, during and after and provide that as a deliverable along with the finished product. Highly recommend these guys!

I had Fowler Exteriors put a metal roof on a carport that I myself built. The whole process was quick and easy. From the estimate to the installation crew, all were very professional and knowledgeable. The installation crew ended up fixing my mistakes and explained their process at every step. The job came out better than I had expected. I highly recommend using Fowler Exteriors for your projects.

Contractor showed up gave him information about what I needed done. Contractor said he would email me a quote. Contractor came on a Wednesday I followed up on a Friday about quote. Contractor said he would have it to me by Monday. Now one week later still no estimate and no communication. So all the people that gave 5 stars, I just wish I could have had someone give me a quote but that to much to get I guess!! So for service I give a fail, contractor in person nice guy and pleasant so on that I would give 3 stars. Communication I would give a fail.

Fowler Exteriors did an amazing job on my deck re-build! Jeff communicated frequently regarding updates on when the crew would arrive and when inspectors were coming to keep me updated. We noticed a water stain on our bathroom ceiling and just kept an eye on it. Then after a heavy rain we saw that a good amount of water was settling in the sheetrock and bulging it out. We called Fowler Exteriors and Lee Fowler sent someone out the same day to look at it. Justin Mullins climbed the roof inspected the ENTIRE roof and sent me real time photos of what his observations were. We signed a work order July 17 and on July 19 Raul came out to remove an area of shingles and felt underlayment to make repairs. He provided a live photo timeline for us to watch what he was doing as he found rotted plywood and replaced it with new plywood, felt underlayment, and replaced the shingles. He installed two new pipe boots and sealed the boots AND all exposed nail heads other places on the roof. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and the friendly demeanor of everyone we encountered at Fowler. Our rain gauge showed 2 1/2 inches of rain over the last 3 days and we have not seen any additional moisture on our ceiling. Fowler does exterior repair work only, but my wife and I think we can tackle the minor sheetrock work and painting ourselves. We highly recommend Fowler Exteriors!

Fowler did a good job on some roof repairs in a timely manner on short notice pending a sale of the property. They did the work at the agreed upon price. I recommend them.

When we decided to replace our roof we wanted to find a local business to support. So very happy with Fowler Exteriors and our new roof, downspouts and gutters. A true family business and extremely invested in the work they do. From start to finish they stayed in touch by setting expectations and providing updates. 5 stars all around! Fowler Exteriors have replaced two roofs for me at my rentals and completed a roof repair on our house that we were prepping for sale. We always get multiple estimates for any improvements we need and I can say that Fowler Exteriors has really fair pricing when compared to their competitors. Cody is awesome, knowledgeable and really responsive to all questions! I appreciate that they were transparent about what to expect prior to doing the work and then followed up after everything was done to give tips and ensure that everything went well! The entire roof replacement process (both times) went smoothly! They also load real-time photos as they are doing the roof replacement/repair so you can see the progress of the job. Many of the new homes in our neighborhood had been experiencing damage from a leaking roof. Rather than wait to see if my home would be a casualty I contacted Fowler’s due to their customer rating. My inspection was free as was the assessment findings. End of my story was one of the builders contractors compromised my roof when they installed their scaffolding pump jack anchors into my roof without adequately resealing where they punctured the shingles. Damaged compromised shingles were replaced fortunately without water damage inside our home.
Service was fast and very reasonable. I much appreciated Cody who found the defects and Raul and his crew for making the necessary repairs.

Fowler Exteriors provided a very comprehensive and detailed video and pictures of existing condition of my old roof. It was very helpful in the decision to replace the roof and gutter guards. Top notch! We needed chimney repair as well as a new roof. Fowler was able to do both and did a phenomenal job. The crew was fast and efficient. What a pleasure it was dealing with the team from Fowler. They came on Tuesday afternoon and quickly determined where our roof leak was coming from (faulty installation by the builder) and did the repair two days later. I HIGHLY recommended Fowler Exteriors, they are probably the most professional and reliable home repair company I have had the pleasure of working with. They came out the same day I called and finished in no time! They repaired something that another company was unable to fix. It has been several months and no touchups needed. If I have any issues in the future I wouldn't hesitate to call and feel comfortabel referring them to family and friends.

I called for some general info and the rep on the phone couldn’t answer a single question. Not to mention, her lack of professionalism was apparent. The rep even had attitude with me when I was confused that she couldn’t tell me anything about the company or roofing in general. Onto the next company!

Fowler Exteriors did an estimate and many months later honored that price with small addition due to roof tiles going up in price some. They came out to recheck what was needed, the workers came as promised and as with most roofs, got right to work and had the roof done in one day. Swept for nails, blew leaves so they could check better and swept again. Then someone came back the next day with pictures to show how the work was done and checked personally to see that it was correct. To me that is very good service.

Respectful, friendly, caring, communicative, etc. THE LIST GOES ON. It was really nice to be talked to as a person and as an equal. No "mansplaining," no nonsense.
After the completion of my roof, I was very satisfied and I thought it looked beautiful. However, after Cody and Lee did the final inspection, they had the decency to tell me that some areas were not up to par with their standards and promised to come back and make some adjustments. I was very impressed and grateful considering that I have a two story house and I would have never seen it.
I can't say enough about the crew as well. They put their all into the job and were very accommodating when I had any questions or concerns. I pointed out some drips that were bothering me, and they took care of it immediately. They even covered some holes made by squirrels and knocked down a wasp hive for me, which I would have NEVER been able to get to on my own.

A big thank you to Lee Fowler with Fowler Exteriors and their crew on an awesome job on replacing our roof. Lee was so helpful from the start, with written estimate and video with photos detailing all work to be completed on the roof, and of course providing us with shingle samples to choose from. Seth and this crew working were amazing. Friendly guys and each worked continuously to complete the roof. I would highly recommend Fowler Exteriors to anyone needing exterior work.

I'm lucky someone referred this company to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and the kind hearted people who work at it.

Taking my mother to daily chemo and radiation is stressful enough, so coming home to a leak in my kitchen from a fallen limb that broke through my attic was too overwhelming to even deal with.

There were more storms set to come the next day so even though they were completely booked out, the owner himself, Lee, came out the next morning at 8am to assess the damage. He had one of his crew meet him and within 2 hours my roof was completely fixed.

The price they gave me for the repairs was extremely reasonable and affordable.

On top of everything else his crew member scaled my very awkward roof to blow off and clean the entire roof and all the gutters out, just out of kindness because he saw they were covered in gunk.

I'm truly grateful for Lee and this company for what they did for me. The work was outstanding and the customer service was phenomenal.

I will definitely be using them in the future.

They installed a new roof, rebuilt the front porch railing and steps, and painted the whole house. Very happy with the result, will use again for future projects.
