I recently had a roof repair done by The Odd Couple, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Chris and Terry are the owners, and they made the whole experience seamless from start to finish.
From the moment I called, they were responsive and professional. They took the time to inspect the roof thoroughly, Chris used his drone video to show me exactly what was needed to be done and why. I approved the matching color of the new roof shingle however the day of the repair we found out the color of the shingle I approved didn’t match our existing roof color. They returned the opened shingles and was able to match our existing shingle with one that was very close to a perfect match (rare to match a roof that is 12years old). Throughout this process I never felt pressured, and they were very transparent about everything that was taking place.
The repair itself was completed in one day, on schedule, as price quoted, and the quality of work is top-notch. Chris and the crew treated my home like it was their own. Their crew thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and made this experience even more pleasant. There’s nothing worse than having to call someone back because they didn’t clean up or do something. Chris and Terry’s crew were top notch and took care of everything!

I can’t say enough great things about The Odd Couple! My roof was almost 15 years old so I figured it was time for an inspection at the very least. They came out and were professional and their honesty in explanations stood out to me about the condition of my roof, my options, and what to expect throughout the whole replacement process.
