I am extremely pleased with the new roof on my house! Chris and his team were responsive, pleasant, tidy, and professional. I secured 4 quotes and Chris was by far the most knowledgeable and professional, and he provided the best price! NorthFace Roofing was the only company to get on the roof and provide detailed pictures with a thorough explanation of the scope of work. The best part is that they were the only company who offered to temporarily plug the hole in my roof while I worked through the insurance company process. I highly recommend NorthFace Roofing and plan to use them in the future for other exterior home repairs.

Chris came to look at a shed roof that had been damaged by tree branches during a winter storm, needing a new roof. I asked him to look at the house roof as we didn't know how old it was. He took pictures and immediately showed them to us, proving that that roof also needed to be done. Chris was very prompt in giving us a quote which was very reasonable. We ended up replacing a skylight with a sun powered one that can now be opened, and putting a new roof on another shed. The group he had working with him were very professional, careful with their work and a pleasure to have here. I can't say enough positive things about Chris and all he did for us. We recommend him highly. You can't go wrong with this company.

I cannot say enough to express how professional Chris and Bill were from start to finish. They came out to assess the roof in person, which was HUGE. They found issues with the overall construction of my roof that needed fixing, such as a lack of adequate ventilation and a pathway for water to travel between the roof and chimney, that aren't apparent via satallite. This meant my quote was not followed by surprise costs during the process. It also allowed me to discuss remodeling projects coming down the pipe that benefited greatly from their input. They are very detailed oriented, from coordinating the dumpster service to cleaning up and double checking everywhere a nail might have strayed. Never mind that my roof looks great and it's one thing I'm not worried about as we settle into our home.

Chris and Bill are very knowledgeable and professional. They were very thorough from inspection to estimate to completion and clean up. We had our roof replaced and a few vents added. As for their work, they provide prompt, very high quality work with no corners cut, using the best materials. After an excellent recommendation from a relative, we had them replace our house and detached garage roofs. Both jobs were done promptly and we are extremely happy with the result. I highly recommend Northface! I worked with Chris who was very responsive and courteous. They were supposed to repair my mom’s roof, but due to extensive damage, it had to be rebuilt. Chris worked with us to stay within a budget that worked for our family. Very professional and polite. I would definitely use them again if needed. Plus the roof looks amazing! Chris also followed up after the job was finished. Great customer service!

We had such a great experience working with The Northface Roofing Company.  They were by far the most polite and easy to talk to of all the contractors we had come out to do estimates.  We didn’t feel like they were there to sell us, they just walked us through the process and gave us all the information we needed and after that the decision to go with them was easy. The work they did was great and we’ve already recommended them to multiple friends.
