I own Just Putterin Around, a golf shop in Kailua Kona Hawaii. Recently we were alerted that someone who tested positive for COVID-19 had been in our store. I felt I had a responsibility to myself, my family, and the public who shop here, to provide a clean and safe shopping environment. I called the mold doctors on a Saturday afternoon. They are licensed and certified to make a space clean and germ-free through public health and CDC guidelines. Bill Braddock himself, the CEO, showed up at 6:30 on Sunday morning with a crew and had the air scrubed, all surfaces disinfected, and everything wiped down and smelling wonderful by close of business on Monday night. The companies responsiveness and professionalism was awesome. They left everything spotless and didn’t break anything while they were on the job. We live on the US mainland, but we have relatives on the Big Island. We visit our ‘Ohana (family) at least 3 months every year. In December 2020, we decided to buy a condominium on the island as a second home. Investors were gobbling up condominiums sight unseen. Our realtor, a family member, showed us a top floor condo in Waikoloa. The listing realtor indicated that there was a leak coming from the master bathroom going to the 2nd floor below. The seller promised to cover all the expenses. We made an offer, and the seller accepted.

Bill contacted us and proposed another option rather than restoring the bathroom to its original condition. Here it is. Renovate the bathroom to suit our wants: large walk-in shower, upgraded tiles on the floor and walls, accent band of glass tiles within the shower, and shelves. Bill promised to bill (LOL) us only for the upgrades. We only had to pay 20 percent for the whole project.
Bill is a professional who has a wide range of skills: he thinks “out of the box”; he is process oriented; he communicates with us during project; he has an awesome personality; he hires highly skilled experts; he has an exceptional work ethic; he even works on Saturdays if necessary; he gets the work done; his staff cleans up the after the project is finished.
We had to return to the mainland before the project was completed. Bill continued communicating with us, and he sent me the pictures when the work was done. I was awestruck.
