All the people I worked with, from the estimate, the people in the office, to the installation.... were top notch! I felt like the work I had done was a fair price and the two installers were nice, prompt and professional!

The Gutter Pro guys added two downspouts at the ends of the gutters on my back porch to alleviate an overflow issue we were having. The gutters look great and seem to have solved the issue. Very professional and were able to complete the job sooner than expected.

Showed up during a heat index and was still polite and didn't half ass the job. Even made sure to move any possible metal pieces when I needed to take my car out of the garage to get a bite to eat.

Best in Clarksville! Justin came out for an estimate - he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave a great price! Logan completed the gutter cleaning and Fascia replacement - he was also amazingly personable and skilled! He worked hard and did a great job! He pointed out that he accidently dinged something (that we didnt even notice) and came back the next day to replace it. Justin stopped by to make sure all was well. They even rehomed a birds nest. Great service/people and a great job. Thanks guys!

The Gutter Professionals have put gutter guards on 3 of our homes so far, they have been doing exceptional and quick work. All the houses look amazing. I would use them for my own home if I had to replace my guters.

I was initially a customer of Clarksville Gutters. I had to find another company due to C.G. failure to show up and provide after service. G.P. showed up as promised they didn't gouge me for having to go behind another company and they offered competitive pricing without compromising quality...

I had an issue with a corner of my house and the previous gutter company they did not pay attention the install in a particular corner of my house. It led to water intrusion into my home.
I called The Gutter Professionals, they sent out an estimator. He reviewed the issue and had a team out a few days later. They pulled off the old and redid this corner, I have had no more water intrusion!! They were timely and have great communication.

TLDR: Untimely. Unprofessional. Unfinished work. Huge waste of time.

Called in May and they scheduled me for "Sometime first-to-mid June." That was fine with me because they said nobody needed to be home.

They showed up a month later... in July... with no notice.

They were unable to clean the gutters because we have gutter guards and their crew does not have the tools required for the job.

Said they would still clean the gutters without guards before leaving, and didn't.

Said they would give me a call once they get back to the shop and discuss the issue with their leadership, and didn't.

Service techs were nice but used a lot of loud, foul language when working right outside the windows.

Was going to leave 2 stars but today (the day after) I noticed they ripped open the gutter guard (probably trying to remove it) and left it wide open on the roof...

Had a couple issues with the answering service they use but spoke to Steven after my appointment to discuss the concerns I had. I appreciate him taking the time to meet with me, which changed my impressions of this company. They have great reviews, I think I just had a fluke bad experience, but it is resolved and because of this, I would consider using them again.

Had fascia & soffit covered with aluminum/vinyl and gutters replaced. Company quickly responded with reasonable estimate and fast scheduling. Logan and his team dis a fabulous job and were pleasant to work with. Could not be happier with results, highly recommend these pros!

The guys that came were on time and cleaned up most of their debris. The worker I interacted with was very friendly. The gutters don't look like I imagined, and the sides are not covered, so I hope a bird does not enter from the side and take up residence. Only time will tell.

Very nice crew that out our gutters up. After they were done they cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell they were here. Came right out and gave estimate then as soon as I said ok they were out the next week. Still waiting on Clarksville Gutter to come give a estimate.

I had gutter guards applied 9/2021. Informed staff when they came to my home about pine needles from trees in my yard. Was told that wasn’t a problem guards would prevent having gutters cleaned. Have had to have gutters cleaned numerous times which is unsafe. Called the company staff came out took pictures and Leslie would contact me next day. I waited for 3 days called the company again. Was told that it wasn’t anything that they could do. I could purchase the new product that was being used now, or just replace on side where the majority of trees are located. I’m not willing to pay out any more money to this company.

The Gutter Professionals is a local business that expressed pride in their workmanship. We are pleased with our new gutters. The customer service was outstanding. Every call to the office was received with a friendly response. The guys on the crew were courteous and respectful of our home and the surrounding areas. This was the epitome of customer service and great work! This should be the model for every business.

They came out when they said they would and fixed my gutters that were improperly installed by the original company that put them on several years ago, and their price was very fair. Highly recommend them.

Gutter Professionals are the best in Clarksville. I have used them multiple times and they have continued to provide great service and they keep their word. Call them if you ever need quality service and quality work.

I was provided a date of Friday to have a piece of damaged siding replaced. I understood when my appointment needed to be rescheduled to first thing the following morning. I did not receive a call until 1:30 pm that they would not be coming until Monday. They did arrive Monday morning. Where the 2 pieces join is noticeable. They also did not follow the same pattern when tacking the new piece in place. I was told other than the piece being a slightly different color due to weathering, I would not be able to tell. I received a survey and invoice for services but no follow up if I was happy with the job. I am happy to have it fixed. For the price, I would have expected this to be near perfect.

We got new gutters that were long overdue on our home. Great service and kind people! From Stephanie who gave us our quote to Logan and his team doing installation, they were all knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

The estimator came out within a couple of hours of my call. The price was very reasonable. The office staff kept me well informed of the schedule. And the installers were on time prompt and efficient. Everyone was friendly and professional. This business is a credit to our community.
