I made a $500 purchase. Dave's service was incredible! He treated me like I spent $50,000! No kidding, he was awesome. A real asset to their company! GREAT EXPERIANCE!!!!

The only issue I had was I was promised delivery the next day and now it is not until the following week. I had people coming for dinner and had to scramble…

They were great. Had them come out to clean and get a gas fireplace started again that hadn't been turned on in 15 year. It was something that is no longer manufactured, but they were able to come out, do a bit of research, clean it up and get it started again without an issue. Quick, efficient, clean and friendly. Our social club has a beautiful gas fireplace from The Fire Factory and could not be more pleased with the annual maintenance provided by the company. Everyone was wonderful from start to finish! We never ever felt rushed during the selection period at the beginning of the project. Bobby was fantastic to work with, and made us feel like ours was the only project he was working on! Our biggest thanks go to Cody and Casey who were amazing craftsman building us our dream fireplace. The work they did to cut the stones perfectly around our old barn beam mantel was meticulous and the end product is absolutely beautiful to us! I would highly recommend The Fire Factory if you are considering a fireplace renovation!

Great service and work. Excellent communication throughout the process. A special thanks to Alex who had to work through the challenges of my old home and the weather. Very professional and left my place spotless despite the flue replacement demolition (see pic for prep). I highly recommend and actually hired them based upon a recommendation from my neighbor.

Just had Phase 2 completed. Jerry and Alex did a great job! Very professional and efficient. Not only installed new log set but rerouted gas pipe and added a shutoff valve. Also did a great job of educating me on operation (including a remote!). Will highly recommend and use for future maintenance. See transformation below.

Bobby Vranek, our sales representative with The Fire Factory, has been awesome to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is right. The custom black metal back surround for the gas fireplace insert was the wrong size. Bobby said it was the manufacturer's error and it would be remade to the correct size and there would not be any cost to us. He is also going to come back to our house and personally put a new chimney chase cover on our chimney after we have some siding replaced on the chimney. I highly recommend Bobby and The Fire Factory.

Cody and his coworker, (sorry but I can't remember his name), did a wonderful job on our wood stove install!! The Jotul F-500 V3 stove fit perfectly and it looks beautiful. Can't wait to break it in and enjoy some free heat in our home. The Fire Factory is a great place for all your fireplace needs. Highly recommend!!

Bobby was outstanding in installing my fireplace door. He came on time,was very friendly, very tidy, adjusted my logs, and even took extra pieces to the basement. I will definitely pass on his name to friends for chimney or fireplace work. An excellent representative for your company. Plan to see him again for annual fireplace check-up!

We have a fireplace from obsolete company. After 25 years we needed a repair and received A+ results. Very knowledgeable service manager and very helpful repair guy assigned to us.

Devon did an excellent job! He addressed the concern we had about a strong "fireplace" smell in the basement, cleaned the fireplace, examined it from the basement, main floor and roof, made a recommendation regarding a formerly installed chimney liner not being insulated and the dangers of that, and how we should remedy that. (The liner was installed by a different chimney maintenance company.) We were also interested in possibly converting our wood-burning fireplace to gas, and he had a lot of information concerning units that Chimney Concepts sells at their shop. I met him there and he spent about a half hour answering my questions, going over pricing, etc. if we decide to convert. Would definitely recommend Chimney Concepts, and we now consider Devon our "chimney guy."

So thankful for Jerry and Alex for installing our new gas fireplace on a day the temps were -15 outside. They not only were courteous and professional, but also pointed out a couple things they discovered while on the job that I would not have known if not for their due diligence and top notch service. Tyler did an amazing job! I was thinking that I needed new parts for My gas fireplace and all it needed was Cleaning and lighting the pilot light. It now looks like a new fireplace. I would recommend this company and Tyler for any of your fireplace needs.

We had Chimney Concepts install a gas insert into our wood burning fireplace. We realize the challenges these installs pose and are grateful to the courteous and professional attitudes of Cody, Jerry, and Alex (our install team).
They approached the install with a can do attitude, especially Cody who went above and beyond what we expected to accomplish this project. Cody's willingness to try to save us money, time and hassle by thinking outside the "fire" box really paid off which we are very grateful for. What an asset he is to the group.
They also solved a small side issue related to the existing fireplace for us which we were very concerned about which was outside of the scope of the project.

We just love our new Spa! What a fantastic way to chase away the cold weather blues! Definitely makes winter more enjoyable when you can lounge for awhile outdoors in a spa and do some stargazing! I had a great experience with Jerry from the Fire Factory who delivered and installed a fireplace insert. Very friendly, professional, and answered all questions. When done, he made sure I was satisfied and fully understood how to operate the insert. I am very happy with the result.

We purchased a replacement for our existing electric fireplace and had a hearth built to address appearance and noise from an adjacent furnace intake vent. The new FP is a wonderful improvement and the hearth is looking good.

Cody did the install and built the hearth. The tile work on the hearth is great! Cody was considerate and paid attention to detail. Over the course of a couple days he was careful to clean up the work area for the day and provided instruction on care and cleaning of the unit.

We would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone looking for similar work.

From start to finish working with fire factory and chimney concepts has been an incredible experience. I originally had a chimney company come out to perform a sweep and was then told that my chimney was in such bad condition that I needed a costly PCR treatment. Being in the sales industry myself, and running and ethical practice, I normally also take others at their word. However, given the cost, I wanted to get a second opinion and/or convert to gas insert. My wife and I stopped in the shop and met Cody who let us know that unfortunately if the chimney was in such condition that we would need to treat the chimney regardless of the route that we decided to go, but that he would come out and take a look first and then get us quotes to decide what we wanted to do. Cody ended up being impressed with the condition of our chimney, and let us know we did not need any costly treatment after all. we originally were looking at gas inserts, but due to the size of the room he helped us decide to go with the cheaper gas log set rather than upsell us on a more expensive unit that could make the room too hot. This was quite the opposite experience that we had gotten from the other folks. Installation day came around rather quickly, and Alex and Jerry came out to get the log fire set up and running. They were incredibly friendly and hard-working. The set couldn’t look more realistic due to their care put into the process. I couldn’t be more impressed with the company and their employees. I would highly recommend them for any chimney or fireplace needs.

Jerry and Alex from the Fire Factory were here today to install the gas logs in my fireplace. They really did a great job. I was happy to have them here to do the work.

Jared was on time, very important. He was very careful to protect our hearth and floor. He also paid very close attention to detail and did not rush at the expense of doing the gas valve correctly.

Jerry and Alex were wonderful. Very courteous and worked very hard. They installed my Mendota fireplace on 11/26/2024--just in time for Thanksgiving. They were very patient with me and I made them explain how to use the remote more than once. They didn't want to leave until they answered all my questions. The fireplace is great. I'm so happy I made the decision to convert the wood burning fireplace to a gas insert.
I chose the Fire Factory because their price included the electrical and gas installation.

They worked hard and had an amazing attention to detail -- coordinating with their metal worker Chad to design a beautiful custom surround for our Valor G4 insert. Cody is the best person we have ever had do work for us. His stone placement knowledge is beyond fantastic. He listened to us and worked diligently until it was completed. We are 100% happy with his work, knowledge, and kindness.

The crew worked hard and was quite pleasant. Tony made sure to address all my questions. Our insert did not fit well and had to have significant work done to get it installed. Unit is angled a bit and does not fit flush. The top insulation fell down and is being replaced. One all was done, it looks nice. Wish it would have fit better. Company was responsive to the issues. Bottom line is we are pleased, but it was a process.

Tyler, did an awesome job cleaning the fireplace. It looks like new. Also, Tyler is such a nice friendly guy. We had fun talking with him. We highly recommend The Fire Factory and Tyler.
