I had a leaky basement issue and had 3 contractors come out to try and fix, but to no avail. Dan came to look at my problem and did something none of the other contractors even considered doing: removed drywall to get to the cause which turned out to be very traumatic. Found cracked foundation under my porch area that was not disclosed when I purchased my house from a former contractor in Waukesha. Dan and his team not only took the time to find the cause, they also offered credible suggestions on my next steps. Dan took the time to explain to me what he would do if it were his home, took the time to show me what the previous contractor should have taken care of and a solid solution to the problem. It is a costly repair no doubt, but the professionalism and knowledge that Dan has shown me leaves me feeling very confident and trusting his recommendations.
Dan also remodeled the lower level bathroom, making changes to enhance the overall look of the room. When I showed Dan some paint "misses" that occurred when a shower rod was replaced, Dan and his team "listened and took care of it without me saying another word" or bringing it up. They left the bathroom cleaner than when they found it! You don't find that level of professionalism, ethical work very often these days anymore and I am so thankful to my oldest son for finding Dan and his team! I will absolutely call on them for future work I need done as I know I am in good hands. Thank you Dan and everyone at PAMM, LLC!!

Dan does an amazing job - he is fair with his prices, does a great job whether he is repairing or rebuilding for you and cleans up when done!! He rebuilt my porch and it needed to be re-carpeted. When he went to install the carpet my late husband purchased found it to be too small. He offered to go to Home Depot and purchase the correct carpet for me. He went the extra mile for me. Best Buy delivery damaged my home during an install and contracted the repair out to PAMM. I couldn’t have been happier with the company and have since used them for additional projects. I own a rental property in Waukesha and PAMM will be the first and only people I call when I need repairs done there and as well as my primary residence.

I have them work on a deck build, repair to drywall, baseboard and molding and everything exceeded my expectations.
