He was very thorough and made sure to stop and give me explanations on his notes, and also informed me about some of the things he was looking for and how he conducted them leaving me with peace of mind.
Brian was also convenient with scheduling and was able to make a quick appointment for me given the colder winter conditions. With that he also gave me insight on some of his procedures if weather conditions made it difficult to see some areas, he was ready for a backup procedure to be sure he could get the best look at certain areas if weather conditions would limit access.
