From estimate to completion, the people I worked with at Chimney Concepts were kind, professional, and did a great job completing my chimney repair (Chimney removal, aluminum lining, replaced with B-Vent chimney stack). Devon did my estimate, and I was provided a quote on the same day. My repair was completed today by Kyle and Brody and they did a great job, and when they left everything was cleaned up as if they were never there (great people to talk to as well). Devon also showed up and was very helpful and transparent with some issues they found with my previous roofing job. I wanted to install a fan on my gas fireplace. One of my brother’s recommended Chimney Concepts because he had them come out to do some work on his gas fireplace. I am happy I called them. I was notified by both text and email that Tyler was on his way to my house. He arrived on time and got right to work. He explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. Tyler is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad I called them and would recommend them to anyone who has gas fireplace needs.

Devon was prompt with estimate apt. When he had done his inspection he sat down and explained what all needed to be done. We accepted the estimate and will be asking for him to complete job.
We met the crew yesterday that was to tear chimney down. They arrived on time and asking questions so they didn't block our driveway. I had running to do when the guy said we should be done by 2pm. I got home at 230 and you couldn't tell that we had work done except the leaky chimney was gone.

Inspection/Estimate:
Tiernan was very informative, kind, and helpful. He was very thorough and took the time to really explain things as well as answer all of my questions.

Masonry:
Nolan and Art did an excellent job on tuck pointing my appliance chimney and installing a liner for it to help its longevity. They also did a fantastic job on insulating my fireplace liner and making the face plate of the fireplace look like new after removing/cleaning the off standish white mortar that was surrounding it. They placed black insulation behind it instead, which allowed the whole area to blend in much better. Nolan also did some minor tuck pointing on some cracks found on the fireplace rocks.
Last but not least for these 2 guys, they did a phenomenal job on doing my fireplace rebuild. The tore the entire chimney down from above my roof and rebuilt a beautiful and solid looking chimney that should last my lifetime. They were willing to communicate whenever I had any questions throughout all of the projects, and that makes for a much better work experience when you know the guys working on/in your house are kind and receptive!!

Flashing:
Sam and his partner went above and beyond the planned work due to some things that were done poorly from the roofers who had done some work previously. Now my flashing looks solid and is up to code!! Great work ethic from all of this company's employees! HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!

Devon was very detailed in helping me understand what needed a replacement or may need in the future for my fireplace and chimney . I liked that he could take pictures so I could see what he was mentioning .

Had an inspection done and have had multiple quotes. The people are friendly, but pricing quotes for repair and for installation were ridiculous, deceptive and excessive. They quoted over $7000 to repair my wood stove chimneys. I found Lifetime Chimney out of Kewaskum, who did a great job for half the price.

Devon was onsite, on time, and very respectful and knowledgeable. Our intent was to go from gas back to wood burning in the fireplace and he made it simple, after verifying it was safe to do so in its current condition. I was able to follow him around from the basement to the roof and ask any questions I had and have zero complaints. He will also be back to install our replacement chimney cap and looking forward to their service again.

Tighearnan from Chimney Concepts arrived on time. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He showed picture from up the chimney and explained why he thinks it should be cleaned. He covered everything to not make any dirt and cleaned chimney out. He also explained why the cracked wall in back should be replaced. He went to top and found that the cover of chimney was gone, must have been blown away with all the wind we had lately. He went around yard to look for it, but it was not found. I needed to do this large chimney repair for safety reasons. The chimney over the many years had had regular chimney cleaning, and some tuck pointing and minor repairs..but, time caught up with it. Wood burning fires are the best and time takes its course to a major repair. Chimney Concepts provided an estimate of required repairs for the project and were meticulous with caring for my home for both the inside and outside work needed..they are timely with arrivals and the chimney guys were informative and professional...they also used PPE as we were in the midst of a pandemic. I felt safe during the project. I highly recommend Chimney Concepts as a reputable and dependable service provider.
