From Tyler to his teams of field (David, Kevin...) and administrative (Jennifer, Stephanie, Crystal...) personnel, a job (crawl space encapsulation and attic spray foam) well done!

Although the workmanship displayed by the employees who came to install a sump pump and related materials and to pump insulation into our garage ceiling was good, we also contracted for extensions to be placed on our downspouts. This is designed to get any water further from the house. The work order containing this job was associated with the original job done almost a month ago, but that aspect of work was not done. After almost a month of calling many times, we are beyond frustrated. We receive no call backs, not even to give us a future date.

The Drying Company is, without doubt, the finest home contractor that I’ve ever encountered. The initial work that it performed to my crawlspace was impeccable and the after service has been excellent. The company is incredibly responsive and I would unhesitatingly recommend it.

Justin and Austin were great! They were professional and courteous making sure that we were happy with the job and did a great job of cleaning up when finished

We needed to have our attic updated/insulated and Bryan did a wonderful job accomplishing these goals and more! We have never seen the attic looking so good and are excited about saving money on our heating/cooling bills moving forward...:)

I had a wonderful experience from the first meeting with Gary McDonald, the scheduling team and the professionals who arrived at my place to install closed cell spray foam in a 15x45 metal building. David and RJ were remarkable, efficient, professional and friendly! I highly recommend The Drying Company for all of your metal building insulation needs.

The Drying Co didn't just give us a sales pitch about what they recommend. The Drying Co showed us by using laser equipment. We trusted them and they were willing to work within our budget. Plus, we liked the sales engineer better and he was polite and understanding.

From the initial visit to discuss the issues and solutions, to the installation of the drain/sump pump system, the associates of the Drying Company were knowledgeable, professional, and provided high quality work.

BEWARE!!! My husband reached out to The Drying Co. because we had water in our crawl space. Once the sales rep came he recommended we get an additional dehumidifier and get the space encapsulated- which we did. They came out to do the job which took 2 days 3/31 and 4/1/2025. Once they completed the job the existing dehumidifier would not come on. They sent another technician and we were told we needed a new dehumidifier the old one is no longer good. They came out 5/14 with the new dehumidifier and fast forward to 7/16 we have water in our crawl space again only to be told today 7/17/2025 we need a sump pump. WOW!!!! My thing is you would have thought that all this could have been avoided had someone reviewed and looked at everything prior. I left a message for Joe Hogge at 9:30am and it’s after 1pm and I have yet to get a call back. I do not recommend this company… STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I had a new dehumidifier installed today. Isaiah was on time, very friendly and informative. A company with great customer service.

Always a pleasure to do business with The Drying Company. Always Polite, Always on time, and given a complete report when finished. I had encapsulation of my crawl space done in 2022 and now have routine annual maintenance done on my dehumidifier. I cannot be happier as the job has saved me on heating and cooling costs. Came in, measured outputs, replaced filters and checked status of outputs again. Showed where they were, where they are now, and parameters of where it should be. Very professional.

We hired this company to install gutters on our small ranch home in Yorktown in summer of 2024. After noticing the gutters leaking in the front I reached out twice to try and get someone out here to try and fix the issue. Nobody will even call me back. Three calls were made and I keep getting told someone will call back and it never happens. Seems like they took the $ and ran.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! They take time to explain what they will do, how they are going to do it, the cost and if any issues pop up. You know immediately. WE WILL HAVE THEM DO MORE PROJECTS FOR US IN THE FUTURE! EVERY MEMBER OF THE TEAM WAS TOP NOTCH!

This company was quick, efficient, and amazing! Tyler did a great job analyzing the problem and providing recommendations. On a smaller note, they showed up at the exact time that was scheduled, which I greatly appreciate.

We had a problem with one of the gutters on our four seasons room. The water was splashing over the gutter but actually leaking behind the gutter seeping into the window below. Rick came out and we discussed a solution to the problem. There were several areas as well where water was pouring out of the gutters a valley points. After discussing the advantages of larger gutters and downspouts we decided to replace the entire 26 year old gutters with new larger gutters with leaf guards and downspouts.

We had a fantastic experience with The Drying Company! The original gutters on our home weren’t the right size and were causing water to overflow and pool around the foundation, definitely not ideal. The Drying Company came out promptly, gave us a clear and fair quote, and installed new, properly sized gutters on the front of the house.

The installation was smooth, the team was professional, on time, and left the area clean when they were done. We did notice a small issue with one section not being fully sealed, but they came right back out and took care of it quickly and thoroughly, no hassle at all!

Overall, it was such a relief to work with a company that’s reliable, responsive, and truly cares about doing the job right. Our gutter issue is fully resolved, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend The Drying Company 5 stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had our attic insulated. We chose The Drying Company because of their attention to detail. Bryan did the work for us and was outstanding in his detailed work, craftsmanship, and professional and positive approach. We would highly recommend him for anyone else that needs attic insulation.

The Drying Company guys were super professional, fast, worked during g excruciating heat, I felt bad about the heat they had to endure but they powered through and got it done FAST. Amazing!!!!!

I have to preface this review by saying that we actually went with a different company for our final crawl space encapsulation (due to other work we needed), but I still felt compelled to write a good review about this company. Corey was the first to come out and start the process for us to find companies to potentially fix our crawl space problems. Corey was very thorough and honest in his estimation for what we needed. We did have other estimates from other great companies, and The Drying Co. came in just as competitive. I would most definitely suggest putting The Drying Co. on your list of potential companies for any crawl space work. And try to get Corey if you can!

After finding out that a house that we to purchased had an elevated radon reading. We reached out to the Drying Company to find out what our options were. An employee named Greg reached out to me and came out promptly, walked us through what would work best for our house, and quoted us for the job at a price that we found to be competitive in comparison to other quotes we had received, but with a better guarantee. They were very accommodating with us in regards to our availability allowing us to push the date out considerably and even though I'm sure costs for them went up in the time frame that it took us to be available for the install, they honored the original price.

The installers that showed up were professional, courteous, and very approachable. I was able to ask questions, and get answers without feeling like I was bothering them. There was a moment where a little bit of extra dust infiltrated the floor they were doing the work on, they were all engaged in making sure they were able to mitigate that dust as soon as possible. I was also very appreciative that they were able to schedule the electrician at the same time as the install, so we wouldn't have to take more time off from work.

After the install was completed, Dylan was able to walk me through the equipment, show me how everything works, and answered any other questions I had. If I need any additional work that the Drying Company can help with, I won't hesitate to reach out to them again. Five stars.

I wanted to replace my gutters with a quality product and reviewed comments about The Drying Company and their product the Gutter Shutter. I contacted the company and scheduled an appointment with Rick Carr, Gutter Division Manager, for May 27th. Rick was very knowledgeable about gutters especially the company’s Gutter Shutter product which he claimed to be the best on the market and highly warranted by the company for years. Rick created an estimate quote that day which I accepted without hesitation.
The gutter replacement was scheduled for June 12th and Rick assured the job would be completed in one day. The two service technicians were Anthony and Mike who were very personable and very proficient in removing the old gutters, making and improvements to any needed house framing repairs and installing the new Gutter Sutters. Anthony said he and Mike had worked with The Drying Company over 10 years each and their work experience was evidenced in their work performance.
Anthony and Mike completed the job within 5 hours including removing the old gutters, installing all the new Gutter Shutters, and picking up all removed gutters and any trash or debris. Both technicians get high marks for their work performance and pleasant personalities.

Outdated insulation in my attic..... estimate was clear, informative, pictures. Justin and Austin were professional, clean, efficient. I really thought this would be an all day job, they were down by lunch. This company is definitely on my short list for any future repairs/upgrades

Shawn came out to inspect a crawl space at one of my rentals after a termite inspector told me I had rotting wood, water under house, and needed a dehumidifier. Following Shawn detailed inspection, he told me that he did not see rotting wood and that I had a PVC pipe that had come apart. He educated me on the type of foundation I had and how a dehumidifier installed without complete crawlspace encapsulation was a waste. He gave me various quotes for different options to upgrade the crawlspace, but told me that the first thing I should do was to fix the pipe and then think about if I wanted to upgrade the crawlspace. I am thrilled that I have discovered such an honest company. I will be reviewing all services they offer and put them at the top of my list of companies to call !

I’ve used The Drying Co twice now- once for attic insulation, and once for gutters. Both times they’ve done great jobs! The workers are very professional and keep a tidy workspace.

We used this company to improve the energy efficiency of our attic space. Cameron R., the sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave us several options to achieve our goals. Although we had to wait longer than we wanted to have the work completed, we are very satisfied with the results. I expected a whole team to show up to complete the work, so you can imagine how surprised I was when only one person arrived. Bryan assured me that we were in good hands, and I must say, he wasn’t lying. I hope the company appreciates this hard working man! Bryan went above and beyond to complete our project, and I could feel the benefits of the new insulation and sealing immediately. I highly recommend this company.

These guys did a great job putting in some spray foam insulation in my garage, they asked to make sure that I had realistic expectations on the end results, and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn't need for my application. The crew that came out to do the work were friendly, professional, and I highly recommend them.

Shawn Kennedy was thorough with the estimate to fix foundation issues in my crawl space. The crew Ben, Dom and forgive me, I dont have the third crewmember's name did a great job. As far as I can tell, they cleaned up everything. I'll crawl under to check this weekend.

The crew that came to fix our issues in the basement were fantastic and worked hard and efficiently. The advisor, not so much. Once we had a new advisor come out to assess our issues and concerns, it was handled professionally. Charles and Aaron were awesome, and worked hard and efficiently to get the job done. Shoutout to the owner for giving us a call to make sure our concerns and needs were met. Our advisor Jason stopped by also to make sure we were happy with the work and to make sure the issues were handled completely. I had a fantastic experience with The Drying Company. Ben (the Foreman), RJ, and Jon were absolute professionals. They cleaned out my crawl space, removed all mold, and installed a 20mm vapor barrier with a 20-year warranty. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was done right.

I went into the crawl space with them multiple times, and they clearly explained what they had done at each stage. They also gave me great advice on preventative maintenance I can do myself to keep things in top shape.

Yes, it was an investment—but 100% worth it. The quality of their work has increased the equity in my home and will save me money in the future. I’ve gone with cheap contractors before and ended up paying more in the long run due to poor work. This was the opposite experience.

This was the best experience from the time to call to get a quote, all the way through installation. Anthony and Mike came out to do the install and did an incredible job. All work was done exceptionally well and they even cleaned up after themselves, so much so you would never know they were here. This week I had the pleasure of experiencing the efficiency of the Drying Company Team of Hassan, Amir, and Stephen. They came early in the morning and before Lunch they were done. My crawl space was tight, from 14 to 18 inches. They supported the brick pillars under my house with steel jacks and shimmed the support beams, even one not in the specs of the job. They also placed back some hanging insulation and even rehung an hvac duct that was compromised, again outside of the specs of the project. After emerging from my crawl space they explained what they did and sent me pictures of their work. I highly recommend the team and the Drying Company.?

Amazing company that does amazing work! We recently moved into our new home around January. It was colder than desired and we had low attic insulation so we contacted The Drying Company. The inspector was very nice and knowledgeable going over my options with the quotes. The crew showed up on the scheduled day and time as promised. The attic insulation along with some other additional things were completed very nicely/professionally. They even vacuumed and cleaned up very nice! I’ve had other companies leave a bit of a mess so this was another nice surprise. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend The Drying Company!

Once the service tech was on site, it went quickly. He was professional and friendly. When trying to make the appointment, I did have to call the company back the following day since they never called me back as they had indicated they would the day before. However, I am very pleased with the encasement.

We continue to use The Drying Company for all of our insulation needs. Recently, they serviced our dehumidifier as part of regular maintenance. Bill did an excellent job, which was not surprising since we get consistent, outstanding service from this company. Bill was professional, courteous, and fully explained everything. The Drying Company removed items from crawl space left by previous owners. They reinforced joists damaged by moisture, and sealed the crawl space.

The Drying Company keeps my sump pump and dehumidifier running well. I trust their service reps, including Wade Hosmer. I recommend their service.

The service part of this company is extraordinary. The crawlspace encapsulation job was done I roughly 2017, and I still have other tradesmen comment on the superior quality of their work.
The Sedona dehumidifier they used on the other hand is not a product of good quality. I had to have the original replaced (and purchased) , and my 'new one has had multiple repairs, rebuilds and now replaced again. Definitely not going back to this model again.

The drying company installed 2 piers in December to correct my chimney separation from my house . Now you can't tell there was ever a problem. Gary was my contact person. He was easily available from start to finish. I was so impressed that I plan to have them do a crawl space encapsulation this spring. So do your homework like I did. Get some estimates, read the reviews, talk to people who have had work done. I think you will make the same conclusion I did and chose the drying company for your project.
