The Drain Surgeon

Always kind and never makes me feel silly for some of the issues I've had to call for. He's also very punctual and communicative.

We have used Drain Surgeon in the past for unclogging pipes at a previous house due to tree root growth. Our water heater went out at our house and there was no question as to who we would call to replace it. Eric was very quick to respond and come out to replace our water heater.

Our shower and toilet wouldn't drain. We tried using a 25ft snake ourselves with no luck, called The Drain Surgeon, they couldn't get out the same day, but came the next morning. Eric was very polite and worked for two hours trying to get the shower to drain. He said he found the problem area and worked it but once he pulled the snake out it clogged again. After the two hours and being unsuccessful doing the same things (just trying to push the snake through) he seemed to be in a hurry to leave, said he didn't want to leave us with a huge bill. Never once did he put a camera down, he left giving us a bill over $300 and didn't solve the problem or really give us any reasonable solutions. Told us to keep putting water hoping it would drain. At that point you could tell he was either late for another appointment or didn't want to deal with the issue. So we were left with a bill and no problems solved. Called the next day to see if he would come use a camera and was not responsive to our calls.

Very happy with the customer service of this company and their work.. When you call you have to leave a message with a service but don't worry.
I was contacted right away by one of the owners whenever I left a message. Clint, who was the one who came to do the work both times, was knowledgeable and professional. Our new water heater was considerably less than I was quoted by another plumbing company. They were quick to get us taken care of.

Our go-to for this 1955 home's drain problems for years.
Asked the guy this time (unmoveble blockage in double kitchen farm sink) for the back story re. negative comments about them in online reviews, since we, too, couldn't get through to them a couple months earlier for a bathroom blockage that, fortunately, ultimately, cleared.

Even this time when I self-dialed their website # it kept sending me to Sports Clips!?! I finally just tapped on their web number and got through to them w/out a problem.
Clearly our conversation was recorded, which is a plus for both parties.
Clint was great! In all ways! (Called to tell us he would be here between 2 & 4--arrived @ 2.)
He unblocked a real stubborn clog, which we had tried every remedy on earlier. Very reasonable price. 10 out of 10 stars--satisfaction plus!

I have used these guys on several occasions. They get out quickly, the price is reasonable, and they are friendly and professional.

Earlier in 2020 we had them clear our drain problem, and they were fantastic. Since then we have spent three months trying to get a visit or even a call back, and they have been unresponsive. We have talked to their answering service six times and left messages, four times there was no answer, and three text messages to the person that helped us before have all gone unanswered. To recap, an A+ for the actual service, but an unbelievable F for response.

We have used the Drain Surgeon twice since we have moved to WA. They installed a whole house water filtration system, replaced all of the old pipes throughout the house and installed new fixtures in a gutted bathroom. They were professional, responsive to change orders, and just overall fantastic. We are happy with the work they did throughout the house. Patience is a virtue in the time of COVID and we were happy they were able to start and finish the job. We will use them again for any plumbing needs.

Same day service to evaluate a plumbing discovery made during a cosmetic home improvement project. Then, they returned a few days later to replace a main shut off valve (with a quarter turn ball valve) and new access panel. Very clean work. Very responsive. Highly recommend.

A pipe burst late Sunday night causing us to have to shut our water off- called the Drain Surgeon first thing Monday morning- they came out right away, fixed the problem without any trouble. Fast, friendly, professional.

These guys are always professional and friendly. They have been clearing out our drain problems for 18 years. We have both regular clean outs for tree roots and the occasional random backup.

Very nice people. Very knowledgeable and were able to get right on the job. If you have any plumbing problems these are the guys to call. Update I recommended this company to a friend they weren't on time they didn't fix the problem they would not call him or communicate with him and they would show up whenever they wanted. will not recommend them again. I've recommended them four or five times before this. It's very disappointing

My second time using Drain Surgeon in the past year and they have been GREAT! Well priced compared to other plumbers as well. While the answering service they have may need to get better... the Plumbers are fantastic. HIghly Recommend!

The Drain Surgeon has been taking care of my 16 unit apartment complex for over 15 years now. I live in Hermiston but my apartments are in Pasco, WA and so many times a tenant will call while I am out in the Melon fields and I have no idea what the problems is, so I call Drain Surgeon, They fit the apartment complex in, it might just be to turn off the water and come back later, but they have always taken the best care of my 16 apartments that I could have ask for. They are a great trust business.. Thanks
