Dilk Tire Point S

I've gone here about four times since moving to Raymond about two years ago.

And every time I've had a WAY better experience than I expected.
I'm not a car guy, it stresses me out 100% of the time I have to deal with a car repair, its expensive and not a thing I'm confident in handling myself.
These folks have gone above and beyond in building trust with me, even suggesting I go elsewhere if it will save me money.

Every time I have an issue with my car I'm going here first for as long as I'm in the area.

I had a donut tire on bc of a rear rt tire flat. I had ran over a piece of something hard enough to ruin a new tire. While Travis was waiting on my tire (that had to be ordered) to come in he put a tire on for me to get by until the new tire came in. They’re all VERY GOOD people! I won’t go anywhere else! Their prices are good too! I know bc I’m a penny pincher. 5 ⭐️ for sure!

Fantastic, friendly service! We came in to have a tire replaced on our utility trailer. Brad and crew had the tire replaced and us back on the road to our camping trip in less than 15 minutes! The pricing also felt very reasonable.

Came in with a soft tyre on the RV. The guys were all over it and found a leaky valve stem and a nail in the tyre. Great friendly service and great value for money...well done guys..my wheel is round again...the travelling australians

Just had a great experience here. Had a Saturday morning tire emergency and they had is fixed up and on the road in no time.

They fixed a tire with roofing nail in it in a few minutes ( great job) and checked all the rest of the tires pressure .

I like doing business there, I've done most of my business with Les Schwab over many years but I find that Dilks tire carries just as good or better tires with comprable prices and great service.

Amazing team! I had low tyre pressure warnings popping up after driving in Long beach. Not only the folks fixed the issue, but also explained everything to me very patiently. Very helpful and polite group of people :)

I am an older lady, all the employees treated me with respect. They are efficient and took care of my tire problems quickly!

I went to have two tires installed at about 8:30, and was greeted before I even got out of the car by a friendly young man. He asked what I needed and when I told him I would like to have two new tires installed on my front end, he asked what brand, whereupon he quickly left to find out if they were in stock. He quickly returned, two hydraulic Jack's in tow, and said he would install them immediately while I waited in the office. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by another friendly employee who stayed he would fill out the necessary paperwork and conclude the transaction so I would not be left waiting. Within a few minutes, all the paperwork was completed, and after a total wait of only twenty minutes, I was on my way. Great service, great price- one very satisfied customer!!

I was absolutely pleasantly surprised at the fantastic service at this small town tire store ! The manager Travis , gave me honest options to take care of a flat tire, gave me a tire to use until the new one came in . I have always had excellent service from everyone at Dilks. I've gone in several times with questions or concerns with my vehicle. They've checked it out for me at no cost. Their prices are fair and comprable to other companies near the area. The major difference is their service. They have outstanding and quick service. I got two new tires, a balance, and rotation and was outa there including paying in under 30 minutes. Amazing. Definitely 5 stars.

tomorrow I will buy a set for my wifes car. very pleased and happy to have a great tire place nearby.

We went in the other day because we thought our tires were out of balance. When we got there, they told us the back tires on our new (to us) car had to be replaced. It literally took them maybe 10 min from start to finish. They were super-friendly, and had better price then we could find anywhere else. If you are in the area and have any tire needs, these are definitely the guys to go to.

My experience with Dilk Tire Point Service was wonderful! My daughter and I had a short conversation in the car, while they took out a nail and fixed the tire! We paid! We were out of there! They were great and fast!!! Next time we have a tire problem we will go back to them again!!! Thank You
