We worked with Mary and Drew after we had a hail storm here in Pittsburgh. We had never been through a situation when we had to replace our roof because of a storm. They were wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend their service. The project was on time, within budget and they worked very well with our insurance company to make sure everything was in line with their requirements. If given the opportunity, we would use Mary and Drew again.

I had a problem. Three of our rental properties received significant damages to the roofs, metal siding, gutters, and downspouts. Our neighbor recommended The DeVivo group. We live out of state, and the logistics of managing the insurance claims and the process of performing these major repairs was something we did not look forward to. The DeVivo group worked with the insurance company, provided details related to the damages, provided estimates to the insurance company, and kept us informed at each phase of the process. The DeVivo group completed the repair work on time and within budget. We will use The DeVivo group again for significant repair or construction projects.

Mary and Drew are the kindest human beings alive that just happen to be amazing at helping homeowners obtain a new roof. They are extremely thoughtful and empathetic to the whole process, could not recommend more.
