The Daniels Company helped us after a hail and wind storm hit our neighborhood. The most professional Customer Service and Crew I've done business with. They ensured our roof and siding was fully replaced by the insurance company. The products and installation was amazing and fast! Done in one day! The Daniels Company not only roofed and sided our house but most homes in our neighborhood. All VERY happy Customers! They are not only a professional contracting company but professional home inspectors as well! If you have storm damage you can't lose!

We have hired The Daniels Company for all of our projects for over 20 years i.e roofing, siding, patio cover, kitchen remodel, etc. A+ every single time! Along with this review I've posted some photos of a recent patio cover project they completed for us. My wife and I have heard nothing but great things about this company and everyone we referred has sang their praises. If you want to be sure of a top quality project, The Daniels Company is definitely the route to go! The Owner attends our church, is a Realtor, Certified Home Inspector, volunteers in the community and even worked as a Reporter for The Madison Press in Madison County. He's an awesome guy and the Daniels name is a respected and trusted name in the area. You can't go wrong!

We were looking for a company whom was A+ rated thru the BBB and found The Daniels Company. They did an amazing job on our interior and exterior projects! We've continually recommended them to our friends and family who have all had great experiences! There's definitely a reason the BBB gives them an A+ rating and it shows in everything they do!

Do your homework before hiring The Daniel's Company from London Ohio. Hired them to do a tile project at a cost of $1,300. They left my property in disarray, with very poor workmanship. He would not warranty his work and had to file a complaint with the BBB. The Daniels Company claims to have a A+ with the BBB, where in fact the Company carries a F / Revoked standing. The owner states dishonest reviews and pictures were posted. The BBB didn't think so, in fact they agreed the quality of work was sub-par, not meeting industry standards. Pictures do not lie. The Daniel's Company was paid exactly what they quoted to complete the project, again he is being misleading. The $1,300 was for LABOR only, all materials were supplied by the customer. When he states other companies quoted over $5,000, yes, however that was to tear out his previous work and supply all materials to redo the project. The Daniel's Company failed to honor their warranty "BBB agrees", The Daniel's Company refuses to honor the BBB arbitration. The final decision from the BBB states: The bathroom tile work was not up to industry standards, including uneven grout joints, gaps in the grouting, uneven tiles, and damage done to the customers garden tub and adjacent tile floor. This is from a third party assessment working with the BBB.
