Russell Jones was extremely professional, courteous, punctual, always took my calls and went above and beyond on all occasions to make our disaster (tall pine tree demolishing our cabin roof) tolerable. I cannot say enough good things about him.

The best of the best. We had a leak 3 other roofers could not find.. these guys found it in no time, quickly repaired it and charged a fair price to do so. Not as cheap as some others but definitely experts in their jobs

David, the owner, is a high integrity guy and a joy to work with. Had some concerns with my weekend house roof, and he came out, spent an hour checking out things. Turned out it was not roof related, but he provided valuable insight into addressing the issue. No high pressure sale to spend money that wasn't needed. Truth be told I'm still working with the wonderful staff at cool roofing! I am not sure how much Tiffany gets paided but she needs a raise! I'm in the ridiculousness of buying a house and to make it worse we are purchasing from Zillow(I beg you to never do!) Tiffany and the amazing folks of cool roofing have done everything and more! David and his team at Cool Roofing Company did an excellent job for a single family house in Atlanta. I am the owner and architect for the house which has a very complicated roof form. David worked with me closely and developed all of the details for constructions. Since I was managing the project from a distance, David sent me regular updates of pictures. The craft was perfect!
