We recently bought a home and while we love the house, it needed a little updating in the bathrooms. We’re very pleased with our new shower for the master bathroom. The Contactor’s Group helped us design it so it blends beautifully with the rest of the finishes. Would highly recommend them if you have any remodeling work needed!

We are repeat clients, which is not usually the case in construction! This team is top not from start to finish. They did our first project a couple of years ago, we were so pleased that when we were ready for the rest of the house; we knew who we wanted. Being an older home did present some hiccups but every challenge was met with a solution that remedied the issue and was fair allowing us to remain in budget. Living in a whole house reno, was not recommended however they agreed and worked tirelessly to make it as smooth and accommodating as possible. We have trusted them in making our old house a home and could not be more pleased. They are a family business that strives for excellence and it is evident in their work and community.

We had a 140 year old home in Lebanon that needed to be renovated. They were amazing to work with. They communicated well and Cerise and Amber helped me with the design which turned out beautiful! It was a huge project and we were living in Florida so it was amazing to have them be in charge and yet communicate almost daily with us to keep us informed and help us make decisions. Jimmy was so much help all through out the project. They brought our old home back to life! We would highly recommend.

The Contractors Group did a fabulous job remodeling our two main bathrooms! Both bathrooms now look top-notch & are very beautiful now! The Contractors Group Employes & Sub-Contractors were always very professional with their work, very courteous and always very mindful of your personal space & privacy! We would definitely use Contractors Group again for any home improvements & highly recommend them to anyone who needs any home improvements done or who may be considering doing so. Can't say enough wonderful things about the Contractor's Group! From the initial consultation to the final touches, everyone involved was amazing to work with. They did an exceptional job at making our vision a reality with a bedroom and bathroom addition as well as replacing our stairwell and flooring. They were organized and efficient, friendly and pleasant, and paid attention to each and every detail of the project as if it were their own home. Any questions we had were answered immediately, even on the weekends. They worked around our small army of children parading around the house and tolerated our last second changes. Overall, an exceptional experience and I feel 110% confident recommending them to anyone and everyone!

Jim, Jimmy, and the entire team made what I thought would be a stressful basement remodel (based on my experience remodeling the rest of the house with other contractors), a walk in the park. I contacted Jim and told him I was interested in a basement remodel, and a few minor additions to the upstairs. He showed up within a few days to take measurements and discuss different ideas I hadn't thought of, such as adding a return air duct in the basement to help with air movement. Next we sat down at their home office and discussed materials needed, costs, and most importantly timeline. Jim was able to provide a detailed timeline of events and contractors who will show up. Not only did they stick to that timeframe, but beat it by two days! Their work is exceptional and went above and beyond by adding a few extra bits here and there to "finish" the project, but did not charge extra. I would recommend The Contractors Group to everyone, and I will use them again in the future.

Everyone at The Contractors Group were a dream to work with on our complete kitchen remodel! It was a daunting project; but Jim & Cerise came to my home to take pictures and measurements and find out what I liked and disliked about my current kitchen (and believe me, the “dislike” list was A LOT bigger than the “like” list). In that first meeting, we were able to discuss my vision and budget for a new kitchen. After getting quotes from other contractors (for a design that I had to come up with) that were so unrealistically high, I was afraid Jim & Cerise would laugh their way out of my house that day; thankfully, I was wrong. Two weeks later we were sitting in their office looking at a beautiful new design for my kitchen that I would never have thought of! Cerise has an amazing eye for detail, and they kept it within our budget! They provided us with a timeline of the whole project; and stuck to it. The on-site teams were friendly, courteous, kept the work areas clean and best of all, they showed up when they said they would! There was constant communication between my husband and I and the whole team. Jimmy did a wonderful job making sure to address all of my questions and handled my nit picking with a great attitude! We cannot wait to have them back to work on our master bathroom!

If our family could give the Contractor's Group 10 stars based on the recent project they completed, we would! This is a great company to do business with, they are EXTREMELY detailed, and everyone from the team at the office to the team working on our home was really buttoned up.

We were nervous heading into a major renovation of our home, but they immediately put us at ease. We had a timeline for our project from the start and every deliverable was met. When issues inevitably occurred (such as bad wiring in our older home and a lack of insulation), the communication was very clear and direct and we completed change orders together to update the scope of the project. They also managed their sub-contractors really well along the way.

The really cool thing that sets Contractor's Group apart is that they provide in-house cabinetry orders, as well as in-house design services. This greatly increased the efficiency and accuracy of our project, and I felt reassured having design experts help me along the way.

This company and the people are wonderful. Small business and family owned is always the way to go. We contacted them about a bathroom remodel. The pricing was reasonable. They came every day in the middle of a snow and ice storm in February when nothing was open and people weren’t going to work. That’s customer service! They answered any questions we had while the process was occurring and when there was a significant amount of water damage found they corrected the issue with not much more added to the final cost. They finished ahead of schedule and had us back in that bathroom quickly. We love our new bathroom. While any renovation is stressful, they made it as easy as can be from start to finish. We knew we were in good hands and will use them again!

I am so very satisfied with the remodel of my kitchen by CGSC,LLC. The work was done as stated per contract and done in a very professional manor. Contractors Group of Sumner County recently remodeled our Kitchen and we could not be happier with the results. Stacy's design was better than anything we could have imagined and Jim's team completed the work with exceptional attention to detail. Being in construction myself I know how difficult it is to find true craftsmen but the Contractors Group has them and their expectations of quality consistently met or exceeded my own. Our project came in ahead of schedule and on budget and we would recommend Jim and his team to anyone.

I'd highly recommend this group for any home remodel/building project. They recently completed a bathroom remodel for me in Lebanon, TN. I believe they work throughout the greater Nashville area. They were timely, responsive, professional..and fun. It's a husband/wife team and then they have a group of full-time contractors. They also have strong sub-contractor relationships, so they were able to get us scheduled quickly. One example of their extra help - we had bought some mirrors to install that weren't the best quality. They gave us a recommendation for a custom mirror installer that worked way better and ended up being around the same price. They helped with all the communication and coordination. It was a relief to have someone to help that had the connections and expertise we needed.
