I had these guys out to quote an attic conversion. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what needs to be done.

Needed a quote on a joist repair as part of a home sale. Got a very reasonable estimate, but ended up negotiating the repair in the sale rather than repairing.

I was looking at buying a house and T.H.E Construction was kind enough to come out and do a follow up inspection on some settlement cracks of the home I was looking to purchase to make sure there were no structural issues to worry about. After inspecting thoroughly, expecting a bill, informed me there was nothing to worry about and was also informed estimates were free so they didn't charge me a thing. Professional and honest!!

THE corrected a framing issue within our support girders and floor joists.
The floor was sagging in one area and they did a wonderful job fixing this.
Great crew to work with and the owner is first class.

We needed some fairly complicated work done on a tight schedule. These guys came in and dug our a crawl space and made other repairs needed to meet government last and requirements. They got it done within budget. I will happily use them again.

We were absolutely thrilled with the work that T.H.E. Construction did for us. They reinforced a second floor Rec Room as well as remodeled the room itself. Tom searched tirelessly for matching wood floor to cover a small gap due to a closet that they tore out and the end result was flawless.
They also installed a drain in our crawl space, a pump and humidifier and encapsulated the entire area.
The crew, lead by Mitchell, was meticulous and partnered with us every step of the way. They were incredibly easy to work with, fairly priced, and have been fantastically responsive even after the job was completed.

These guys did a ton of foundation work at my home. Their work is solid, they clean up after themselves and they are professionals. I highly recommend Tom and his crew!

THE did an excellent job installing a vapor barrier in our crawl space. The cost and time conformed to their estimate although there were a few unforeseen problems. After several heavy rains, our basement is dry and we can use it for storage.

T.H.E. Construction installed a French drain in our crawl space. The crew was great and they did an awesome job. I would highly recommend.
