What an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Zac was extremely amazing. After a set of severe storms with tornadoes causing damage to my roof, I called The Roof Guys and Zac came right out immediately. It was raining and dark, water was leaking through the ceiling into a back bedroom. Zac got on the roof, tarping was in the rain. He was so nice, professional, understanding and patient. He did not pressure me into anything. He just want to make sure the roof was tarped and no additional damage would happen. I went with Zac and The Roof Guys for repairs. Zac worked patiently with me and my insurance company. They replaced the whole roof and the damaged wood. They did it all in a day, cleaned everything up, You couldn’t even tell they were there until you look at the amazing job they did. Great experience with the company from start to finish. Zack is amazing to work with, very friendly, takes his time, and communication is top notch as well . Highly recommend asking for him specifically. He greatly assisted me through the insurance process and he took hours going over our roof to make sure every bit of damage was marked for the adjuster to see. This single handedly is reason the insurance adjuster decided to replace our roof. Their crew removed and replaced our roof in one day which kept any inconvenience to a minimum. We are happy with the end result and will definitely use the Roof Guys for any future roofing needs we have.

Austin L came out today to look at our roof, and then also came out, the same day, to fix our roof. Clarksville has a lot of scammers out there, and Austin gave us real evidence photos of what was going on. I strongly recommend if you call in, to ask for Austin. He did a phenomenal job and if anything happens again to our roof, I know who to call! He was very authentic, and did not over charge in the SLIGHTEST. Awesome job, and will use Austin again!

Solid group of guys here. Had Austin check an issue I was having and after given him the details, he was working and had it corrected in 15 minutes.

Rain was expected two days after his arrival and after the rain I am glad to report that I had no additional water intrusion.

Long version, as many of us in Clarksville, I fell victim to subpar contractors. Not only did my remodeling not go as planned but it actually ended with thousands in damages. Completely devastated and overwhelmed from years of battling these companies to repair their mistakes I was left frazzled and defeated. I lucked out and found Grant and crew. Not only was he quick to problem solve with me but took the time to explain every option in detail. He also was hands on making sure that each job was done correctly and to my satisfaction.
The response time, the scheduling (flexibility of scheduling), communication, and quality of work has exceeded any of our expectations. Exceeded expectations with high quality of workmanship to the point I am excited to schedule our next home improvement job. Who can say that!?

I called these guys after getting told my rental house off tiny town road needed a new roof. I used them because of their location is close to my house. Talk about hitting the proverbial jackpot. These guys are 100% responsible for holding AllState insurance accountable for their BS methods of denying claims. These guys did a great job repairing my roof and interior but also getting the insurance company to quit ripping me off. I can not write enough nice things about these folks. Non stop customer service. highly recommend. !

Found this company on google and I called them panicking about a roof leak I discovered Late in the evening. With no hesitation, They responded and helped me assess the problem! He walked me through how to access my attic as well as the areas to check regarding the leak. Being that I know nothing about these things it was a relief to know what the issue was and what I needed to do to fix it. I highly recommend this company!!

I apologize for my late review. Grant came to property ON A Sunday and marked my roof for the insurance adjuster as well as providing advice on how to handle the claim process, what to and not to do before things are approved. I was also under a time deadline which they were able to fulfill. I couldn't imagine ever doing business with another company after the experience I have had with this one. If you do business with someone else, you will probably regret it.

What an amazing experience I had with Trevor and Zak. They made the process of replacing my roof super easy and were able to get me scheduled within a week and get it done in a day. The roof looks great and they were always checking in with me while out of state. They are a veteran owned business and took excellent care of me (active duty). I don’t even know where to start, there’s so much good to brag about with my experience. The day I contacted Trevor about my roof problem he scheduled me in that same day to come check it out. He did a whole roof report and had it over to me within minutes. Trevor walked me through the whole process with starting my claim , like I mean step by step. The ceiling in my bathroom was pretty messed up and my kids were coming back from summer vacation with their dad. I was concerned about them being in the house with the damage and Trevor without hesitation scheduled me in to rip the ceiling of the bathroom out. Trevor and Grant came ripped the ceiling out and cleaned everything up, left no trace that they had done anything in the house. They scheduled my ceiling to be replaced and the guys that came to do that were awesome as well. During this time we find out my claim has been denied and we can’t get answers. People when I tell you Trevor and Grant were going to war with me to find out what happened, it was unreal the efforts and dedication these guys have for their clients. I was already going through a very difficult time of divorce and had only a few days to get my house listed to sell and I had no idea how I was going to cover the cost to replace the roof. These guys said they were going to do whatever it took to get it done and we would figure out the rest later. And they did just that

The insurance company only wanted to replace the 150$ cap with all the claims going on in the area. Thankfully Trevor and Grant are both very knowledgeable and professional not only with installing roofs but also navigating the frustrating experience of dealing with the insurance company. Thanks to their expertise in local and state codes we were able to get a much needed new roof put on my property instead of just a bandaid on top. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing help. When they did come to install the roof they stripped and replaced the roof in one day and didn’t leave behind any damage or trash.

Came to our rescue immediately after our home was hit by the EF3 tornado on 9 Dec 2023. Placed an emergency tarp on our home without hesitation whether we used their company for restoration or not. Up front and honest. Quick repairs and reputable people. Cleaned up after each portion of our repair. Not that I ever want to go through that again, but if I did, would be my first call!
