The Bug Master

Mufasa is a great tech! Always great about keeping me notified of his estimated arrival time and goes over any concerns he notices upon inspection. He’s always professional as well as polite. It’s clear that he takes pride in customer service/education. I hope future techs who train under him take notice of his people skills and follow in his footsteps. He’s a valuable asset to The Bug Master!!!

Daniel has been our technician for about 10 years. We have had quarterly maintenance for the same time. Daniel is always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

I would give 6 stars if they had 6 stars to give. Friendly. Personable. Knowledgeable. What more could you ask for. Solid in customer service.

Daniel the exterminator with Bugmaster did a thorough spraying for wasps and other insects in & around my property. He was courteous along with his professionally knowledge. I was quite pleased with his work!

Mr Robert who came to service my house was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do before he began to work. When he was done he showed me room by room what he had done. I felt very confortable with Robert in my house, plus my dog liked him.

I was overdue for a termite inspection, so I called Bug Master and I was able to get a one done the same day. Special shout out to Larry! He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The next time I have pest control needs, I'm calling Bug Master!

We were battling ants in our bedroom for a month unsuccessfully. Tried everything that usually works with no luck.

Got in contact with Bug Master to help put an end to it.
They sent out Robert who practically inspected everything inside and out.
He treated the ants directly and by proximity, including outside and in the attic.
This worked almost instantly, but the nest being so big, we started seeing a come back.
I let them know and Robert was right back out here at no charge.

Haven’t seen a single ant since and now we can sleep in peace and work to seal up our wall.
Great work for a good price!

Robert was a fantastic professional. He showed up on time, went out of his way to sweep cobwebs and knock down wasp nests, and was pleasant to be around. Good experience.

Daniel V. Arrived my house per appointment. We moved from NJ to TX so not aware of the pest problems of the area. Daniel took time to explain us the pest problems. He treated exterior and interior of the house and assure us that an ant problem we show will be eliminated or will reduced in two weeks. If not then call for treatment for the pest. He seems very knowledgeable and very friendly.
