I had extensive roof and electrical damage done to my house after a bad wind storm. I called Texas builders and right away talked to Sean about the damages. This house is used as a rental so time was a huge factor in getting the electric back up and running for our tenants. Sean facilitated everything quickly and got things done way faster then I expected which was great because it ended up saving us a lot of money in potential lost rent. Sean was awesome through the whole experience, very knowledgeable with all aspects of home repair and even dealing with the insurance company! I highly recommend these guys for any general contractor work you need done they will get it done.

people. From the project manager j.d.carrier to the crew. So professional and knowledgable. We also had them put a new fence on one side of our yard and it's beautiful just like the roof and gutters. Would highly recommend them for any job you need. They are a 10 in my books

Called Texas builders after a flood in my home. Received a call back from Ryan, who I think might be the owner but I’m not sure. He was very polite and seemed very educated on all the steps that will take place with insurance process. All of the work him and his team did was great. The job took a little longer than expected, but that was more so because of my insurance company.

Texas Builders was great to work with. Ryan was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. I would recommend and will use the company again for any future projects.

*update* i never asked for money to remove a review. more lies... I got my roof replaced by this company back in 2019. They subcontracted the roof labor to another roofing company who left a hole in my ceiling that you could see daylight through. This was a whole roof replacement management by my insurance company. No integrity.

They did a great job installing our new skylight and fixing a leak in our roof. He also fixed another potential leak at not extra cost! He was reasonably priced and also able to come out the next day after giving a bid. Would highly recommend!

Jose and his team came to our home and installed a new bathroom mirror with medicine cabinet into the wall. They also removed a large rectangular light in our kitchen and replaced it with 4 new can lights. They did an outstanding job with both projects. They were polite, friendly, professional and had it all completed in a little over 1 day. I would definitely recommend them for your home remodel/repair needs and I will be using them again for other home remodel projects in the future.

I worked with Shawn from Texas Builders on a project consisting of painting the exterior trim of our home, painting our pool shed and staining our gazebo in our backyard. He sent a team out and they did an amazing job. I love the new color of trim on our home. Fernando and his team were polite, professional and had the entire job completed within 3 days. I had significant damage to my home from a storm and was completely in the dark about how to handle this through my insurance company. Shawn Kharrazi with Texas Builders came and met with me and went through all the damages even taking photos of my roof so I could see everything. My insurance company was fighting with me about replacing the whole roof but Shawn went above and beyond to fight for my best interest and get my insurance company to replace the entire roof. He was able to prove damages on my gutters, interior and fencing that was all covered in my claim as well. If you are looking for an outstanding General Contractor that's willing to fight for you look no further than Shawn at Texas Builders. I can't thank him enough for all of his hard work. He even recommended a better insurance carrier that would take care of me and do what's right by their clients. I'll be using Texas Builders from now on for anything related to contracting and referring my friends and family to them as well.

Texas Builders did a fabulous job of repairing my home after damage from a severe hail and wind storm. I had a small leak in the kitchen from roof damage. They repaired that area so well that no one can tell there had been water damage. They also replaced my roof, gutters and some damaged screens. The workers were courteous, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and the fair price.

Unfortunately I was a victim of bad weather. Luckily, I called JW Boyd with Texas Builders. I was blown away at his quick response to get my free estimate. Tim came out to our home after a storm we weren’t sure what happened. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very patient with us. We chose him and Texas Builders after all the knocking we felt we could trust him. We made the right decision he was always communicating the next steps with us on our restoration in Keller. Excellent overall experience. Good quality work with fair prices. Minor issues, after work was completed, were immediately rectified at contractor's expense. Will be happy to use them again in the future.

They guys were at my next door neighbors who knew one of the guys that works for this company. So I thought that I would get great costumer service which was far from the case. Their communication was not what I expected during the process and their crew did a lousy clean up job after the job was done. I am still picking up nails over a week later. I did call to complain and they said someone would be out to fix it. They haven’t come back out and it been almost two weeks ago.

Texas Builders roofing was great to work with. I knew I needed a new roof but I had no idea how to go about it. J.W. was so helpful. He took care of communications with my insurance company, educated me on the different types of shingles, and did everything in a timely manner. They completed the installation in one day and it looks fantastic

As a first time homeowner, with little to no knowledge of where or how to find a good roofer... I was incredibly fortunate to read about Trinity Custom Roofing on a local neighborhood page. They really and truly did excellent work in all areas of the job. Thorough and quick communication. Very clear about exactly what would happen and when with appraisals, insurance, etc. And then when it came to the actual roof - beautiful work completed in one day! I look forward to using them again in the future for interior work!!

I contracted the services of Trinity Custom/Texas Builders after the hail storms of March 2016 and I'm so glad I did. We got a new upgraded roof, new gutters, a new air conditioner(in & out), and some basic paint/carpentry and it was all covered by the insurance company. My contractor worked with the insurance from beginning to end and made sure we were given every dollar we deserved. I couldn't be happier with the work they did, and I was even more impressed with the quality of people that work for Trinity Custom. Do yourself a favor and call Trinity Custom when you need anything done to your house.

Great group of guys here. Came to them thru a recommendation. From the initial meeting to signing the final check from the insurance company, everything went flawlessly. With all the horror stories of other less reputable roofing companies out there, it was great finding a company I could trust and felt like they had my best interests at heart.
