Teton Steel

Purchased my roof and siding from Teton Steel. Our roof package was ordered incorrectly, but the team there fixed it quick without any issues. My wife and I love our standing seem roof, and standing seem snap batten siding. I would recommend them to anyone looking for metal products.

This is my first time buying metal roof and didn’t know that there are so many details that goes into buying one.
However , Gracie has made my experience with purchasing all my metal needs very nice. She always kept me updated with emails and calls. She has been very great. I would definitely recommend working with Teton steel.

I am confused at why you guys couldn't take the extra
20 minutes and rebend the fascia. I ended up having to buy some from twin falls. I had to take an afternoon off from work so the guys could have it the next morning for the install.

We have been doing business with Teton Steel for 4 years now. The way they treat us has always been exceptional, even in the beginning when we were a "nobody" looking for a go to metal supplier.

I cannot say enough good things about the Teton Steel family and the quality service and quality products they give you. They're always very welcoming as soon as you step in the office and will always try to find an answer to any questions you might have.

The things stated in the 1 star reviews below are just not true and I'm sure are missing some important details. If you're posting a review that only states the faults of the business then it's a situation where the issues have not been communicated.

I know for a fact that no orders are sent out to the shop for processing without getting a written yes confirmation from customers (i.e an email, a text message or an old school signed paper)

I will be transparent. Not every order has been perfect for us. We have ran into some bumps in the road along the way, BUT that is apart of doing business. The important thing is that they have always made things right for us if something isn't how it should be. (Hard to make something right if a customer won't bring it to your attention)

Absolutely a 5 star recommended company!

They have been difficult to work with and very unprofessional making business harder and more stressful then it needs to be. Have to switch suppliers because of the headache that Teton steel has created for me and my business. Have also treated other business partners poorly in the past and would not recommend working with them whatsoever!

I am happy to give Teton Steel a complete thumbs down. I have been trying for years for them to get me a sample of all their metal colors. They are absolutely awful to deal with. I bought so many metal roofs from them for my roofing construction company and they are just a headache to deal with.

Decided to try these guys since we are doing our roof and siding in metal. Thought that a company specializing in metal would be able to help us get all of the correct pieces we’d need to do the job. This is not that place. My wife placed the order assuming that they had all the parts we’d need in the estimate. Upon arrival our metal was delivered scratched up (14 sheets scratched). That took 3 weeks to get replaced. The order was also missing all of the window trim, soffit, garage door trim, and the gable trim was unable to cover the wall metal they’d calculated too short. If you are ordering from here be sure to be very specific and do the measurements yourself if you don’t want to go through the hassle of reordering.

Teton Steel is awesome! All the staff are great to work with, and they repeatedly meet or exceed my expectations! Since working with them I have not felt the “we’ll get to it when we get to it” attitude that is prevalent in other metal companies in the area! I can’t say enough good things about this company!

Teton Steel supplies all the Metal and Trim for all metal roofs I install and repair. They are the very best and also very competitive at what they do. There has not been a time schedule or need of mine that they have not been able to meet. Teton Steel will always have Young Roofing's business. All the staff at Teton Steel are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have not been disappointed in trusting them with all my metal needs!!!
