Jakob came out and found damage on our roof after a severe storm. He then presented the estimate of damages to our insurance, doing all the necessary communication with our insurance company. Jakob was able to negotiate with the insurance company which allowed Terminus to fully replace our roof. Jakob’s personalized customer service, due diligence, hard work, and dedication benefited our family greatly. Our new roof and home look beautiful. I recently had my roof replaced by Terminus Roofing. They were wonderful, start to finish. Adam Shepherd took care of everything, from inspection to follow up after completion. He was very thorough and explaining the process and exactly what would be taking place and when. The roofer surrounded my house with tarps to protect my lawn and bushes.
