Very prompt on contacting me regarding our roof issue due to the storm damage. Very professional and thorough. Plan on using J&S to put new roof on the house. Cost for roof replacement quoted was very reasonable.

Giovanni came out and did me and my fiancé’s roof very lovely working with them. He gave us a three year guarantee. We had multiple rain since then even some very heavy winds and everything is still holding up very good. very reasonable price shocked that the caulking is still holding up very good materials

Great experience all around. Giovanni is an honest and straightforward guy. There were no hidden charges or surprises. The crew did excellent work and all for a fair price. After about a 12 hour day my entire cape cod with front and back porch roof’s and shed was completed (about 18 square). My property was respected and taken care of. Cleanup was perfect. Highly recommended!

I contacted J&S online and they came to my house in less than 3 hours and repaired some shingles that had blown off because of the storm. Great job

J&S repaired my concrete steps. Giovanni was an excellent communicator throughout the process. Job was done within days of initial request. Very nice work, price was fair. Will definitely hire them again.

I hired J&S Construction to come out and work on a project for some of my properties, I have a long standing business relationship with the company and I can always count on them to come and get the project on done correctly, cleanly, professionally, and timely. I’m proud to say J&S Construction is my number one choice to have any work done on my properties because I know I’m getting it done right the first time.

Do not under any circumstances use this company! They, like so many companies these days, say what they think you want to hear just to get your money.

They showed up on time and "appeared" to do what they were to do. When finished I had to give Giovanni a check, made out directly to his name because "I am changing banks right now so I can't use the company name." He told me that he would put an extra heavy coating in front of my garage as that is where the most wear was. He also said that since it was the first time the driveway was being sealed it "might absorb and need another light coating to cover it properly". He said he would need an extra $350 to apply the heavy coat in front of the garage and to apply the second "light" coat where it might absorb. He said to let him know if this was the case and he "be back tomorrow to apply the second coat where needed".

Less than 2 hours after he left, my check (Which included $350 MORE than the original agreed upon amount) had been cashed, with no issues. Within 3 hours of him leaving, the driveway clearly showed it needed a second coating. When I texted Goiovanni to let him know he needed to come back he started with excuses about how he told me it might do that and that he was "busy doing concrete work tomorrow, I can't get there until next week some time". He was quite rude with his response acting like I was out of line for pointing out to him that he needed to come and finish the job that he was already paid, not only in full, but MORE Than the original agreed upon price to do!

This was on MAY 31! It is now August 11 and after excuses ranging from "My guys won't work, it's too hot" to "I'm too busy I can't" to "I can maybe come and spray with whatever is left in my sprayer but I don't have any more material, it will be delivered next week" to "I promise you are on the schedule for this week" there have still be zero sightings, only more extravagant lies as time goes on...it is now 72 days later!

Three weeks ago when I contacted him and told him to just refund me part of my money he got rude again and said "I understand your frustration. I promise you, you are on the schedule this week, we will make it right." Well... 23 days later, and... just another lie.

The "full, thorough cleaning" is a joke. They walk around with a leaf blower for a couple seconds, then proceed to spray OVER mulch, leaves and weeds. I have missed/blank spots like this over various edges and even in the middle of my driveway where the blower failed to clear the leaves and mulch and they just sprayed over it.

NEVER, EVER, USE J S ROOFING... FOR ANYTHING!

Giovanni did a very nice job sealing our driveway. He was thorough in his approach. In fact, he walked with us up our long driveway to make sure we liked the finished product which we appreciated!
