Waited ALL day and took the day off of work to meet the contractor at my house to get an estimate to replace our roof. They were a no-show, and did not call, text, or email. What a waste of our vacation hours at work. Do not waste your time with this company as they do not value their customer's time. Great job on customer service....Epic Fail. We will not be contacting a smaller locally owned business that will value our time as a customer.

Lee and his team are the best! Quick to respond and got us on the schedule same week. Everyone is so professional and nice. We highly highly recommend them!

Exceptional service! Mr Weeks came first thing this morning to take a look at our roof, as planned. He arrived within the window specified. He was able to do the evaluation extremely quickly and had someone here an hour later to do the repairs. Extremely painless process and a very fair price. A+++

I called Tennessee Roofing & Siding to repair some vinyl siding that came loose during a storm. They came out the next day to examine and do the repair. Kelvin performed the repairs in a satisfactory manner and the price seemed reasonable. Kelvin is a fine gentleman - friendly, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Called this morning to inquire about getting a piece of metal fascia replaced on my home for closing. Brittany answered the phone and was very professional. Lee visited my house within a hour and Brittany called me back ( I live in WA) gave me options and emailed me an estimate. Due to it raining, I was informed they would be able to get the job completed tomorrow. Within a couple of hours I received an email from Brittany letting me know they were able to complete the job same day, even though it was raining! I can not say enough about the customer service I received from this company. Very pleasant experience and would highly recommend!

I have used this company for my gutters on my house and they also did my mom’s roof and gutters. They were fast efficient and quality work at a fair price. I paid Lee Weeks to repair a place on my roof that was leaking. The place continued to leak after they repaired it twice, and it has never been fixed. I have used Lee Weeks and his company many times, and always been very pleased with him. I have recommended him to countless people, who have also used him. He used to have great customs service, prices, and quality. But apparently something has changed. During the summer of 2015 I paid him to repair a small area around my chimney that was leaking severely, leaving puddles on my floor. He sent someone to do the work very quickly, but it continued to leak. He apologized and sent the same person back, but it continued to leak. Despite apologizing via text and claiming he would be back himself to fix it before Christmas, he has never come to fix it, and now refuses to answer my calls or texts. So, I have a bucket in my living room every time is sprinkles and an ever-growing area of water damage in my attic. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. I paid for my roof to be fixed, he should honor that and properly fix it!
