We used Charlie in early 2023 after some high winds ripped a bunch of shingles off one of our rental homes. The day I called him, he had a crew come out to make sure the roof was covered and protected until the insurance was figured out. Great work, great response!

He did such a good job I recommended this company later that same year to repair/replace my HOA's community building roof. All other bids were artificially low to look better on paper but once you find out the actual cost, they were thousands higher. Charlie said "yeah, we already include that stuff". We contacted Charlie Tuberville at TN Roofing Concepts this Spring when we had damage to our roof after the many winter storms.

Charlie was happy to meet the insurance adjustor at our house. They spent time together discussing the options, and they corresponded directly via email.

Charlie shared various locations of nearby homes with different shingle options so that we could see the roofs in person before making our decision. After it was determined that we would need to replace the entire roof, Charlie promptly provided information that helped us receive an increased replacement value.

His team was very professional, polite and respectful of our property. They worked long hours in the very hot August sun. We were out of town for part of the project and the project manager Carlos sent me drone videos of the work at the end of each day so we could see the progress.

After completion of the project the team returned to the house two different times to clean up random debris. Charlie also phoned to make sure we were pleased with the result.

While we hope not to need their services again we would highly recommend Tennessee Roofing Concepts for any roofing needs. We were very pleased with the communication and the work that was done.
