I am very satisfied with Tempe Roofing LLC! The overall quality and pricing were more than fair and honest. I was impressed with the level of professionalism that was shown as well. They were very patient with us as my wife and I were researching colors and styles. I could tell they put a lot of thought and research into the options that were provided to us. I was also very happy with their scheduling as they were able to squeeze our project in earlier versus previously expected. Communication was clear, timely, and professional. After the new roof was done they did a thorough quality check, which I really appreciated. Today is Monday. Last Friday we had appointment at 12 noon with Kevin for an estimate. He was no show, no call. We waited an hour past appointment time and heard nothing. Still have not heard from him. We know he has our number, he called us back to make the appointment. His phone is a cell phone, not a business phone. Not very professional. Glad we found out how reliable he is before we had a contract.
