We also purchased a home from Ryan homes in 2017 and in 2020 the siding started to come off. Now in April more piece have come off an most of it is buckling. They haven't been quick to fix it either. I had someone give me an estimate to fix and they have picture of one nail in each piece of siding. I would be ok if they were quick to fix the problem it's almost a month and Temko and Ryan keep going back and forth with no resolve.

We purchased a new construction home with Ryan homes in September 2019 and the house was to be completed in January 2020, making it a winter home. In March 2020 we started to notice the front board and batten was bubbling and bending. We notified our construction manager that it needs to be fixed, and he said he would notify Temko to come and fix it. Fast forward two months and nothing was fixed and we began to notice the sides and back siding were also bubbling. We once again notified our construction manager and submitted a formal ticket to have it fixed. He said Temko would be out that week to address. Two weeks later, the supposed owner of Temko came out and looked at the damage and agreed the entire front board and batten needed to be replaced due to failure of his team not leaving enough space for expansion. He told us to send him pics of everything and he would order the siding and have his team out to fix...3 weeks later and we still didn’t hear from him and received a small delivery of not even close to enough siding and after over a month of being told by our construction manager that they told him they’d be coming but never showed, two men arrive at 4:30 in the afternoon to do the replacement. They were shocked at how much more siding was needed fixing than what they were informed and said they didn’t have enough material to do all of the fixes. They did one small section and said that the reason everything is bubbling and falling off is because there were only 3 nails attached to each piece, which is inadequate. We have not been told when the rest of the house would be fixed. We now have bubbled siding throughout all sides of the house as well as pieces that have fallen off not because of wind but from faulty installation. Pick another contracting company for siding if possible.
