Stellar performance by Elevate Construction! We had a very complicated roofing claim, it started out as a hail/wind claim with another roofing company. We were turned down on our first claim, they talked us into putting in another claim, which State Farm only approved parts of our roof and gutters. We then lost communication with the company for some time, but finally we got in touch with them and said we just want to drop the claim because it’s not worth it.

Then a good friend of mine told me about Manny and his company. I spoke with him, sent him all my information thus far and he did an inspection.

After the inspection, he said, I have good news and bad news. The good news is, you have plenty of damage for your claim, the bad news is, your last company vandalized your roof to pad the claim. You now need to file a vandalism claim.

My husband and I were so upset, my insurance agent told us that this type of claim unfortunately is very different to get approved. But Manny is just so professional, and confident, he knew the damage would speak for itself, and it did.

My husband and I are still can’t believe it happened. Our house looks amazing!!!

Elevate was an excellent roof service provider that I dealt with. I have used Elevate Construction for two roof replacements: one asphalt and one Cedar. Recently, Elevate helped replacing my gutter and repairing siding. Great job as always and we are extremely happy about the great works that have done and impressed by their cleanup after the job’s done. Manny is definitely my “go to”manager who is very experienced and professional in dealing with our insurance and fighting for maximizing our benefits. He responds to my requests very quickly and the lead time was much shorter than other roofers we talked. We feel very delightful and confident to have Manny and his team to help us. Their quality of the work and fair price kept us going back to them for any roof related work. Manny also becomes my trusted advisor when comes to the roof problem. Highly recommend them!

Very very satisfied with the work they did. They were very prompt, explained every step they took, and did my roof in record time. They cleaned everything up. Called the roofer, Manny. Manny sent Ken, who stopped by without calling first. Even though Ken knew what we wanted (Owens Corning), he tried to sell us a different product (Brava, Davinci), along with a lot of other things, we didn't want. Ken never sent us the estimate, even though he told he had completed it. Very disappointed in Elevate Construction in Wauconda, Illinois.

We were very disappointed in the service we got from Elevate Construction. We were referred to Elevate Construction by Owens Corning Roofing. I called Manny, the owner, for an estimate for a new roof, gutters and downspouts. Manny referred our request to Ken, his sales manager. Ken came by during the dinner hour, without calling first. Ken spent about 40 minutes at our house. Ken then tried to sell us roofing products we didn't want. We wanted Owens Corning, not Brava or Davinci roofing products. I told Manny that, when I first called. We told Ken that, when he arrived. We never got the promised estimate for the new roof. We assume that since we didn't buy Brava or Davinci, Ken wthheld the estimate. Unreliable company, at the very least.

Louis accommodated my time, he dropped by at my house at 5:00 in the afternoon. I didn't expect that this guy gave me that schedule because the temperature on that day was extremely cold. It was single digit. Anyway, he is a very professional and honest guy. He solved the root cause of the problem at our master bedroom's ceiling that has water stained. This company is so lucky to have him. I definitely want their services when there's a roof problem. I highly recommend this company.

Luis Anaya was my contact for Elevate Construction to facilitate the replacement of the roof on my house after hail damage. He promised to make the process easy every step of the way and he kept that promise. He was always easy to reach by phone or text. He was always prompt with in-person appointments at my home. The construction work looks great! I even received many photos of the work in progress taken by a drone hovering above my house. Overall, I am very pleased with the professionalism of Elevate Construction and the quality of their work.

Elevate Construction did an amazing job replacing my roof shingles. The owner is hands-on and made himself available to answer some of my concerns. The installation went according to plan and their cleanup was excellent

The best part was the support they provided afterwards. I contacted them a few weeks later after the first heavy rain with two issues. They addressed both concerns in a timely manner, even though they had already been paid in full.

My experience with Elevate Construction was excellent. Ken was excellent to work with and delivered on every detail. Having been in construction management for 40 years, I was watching every detail. They covered every detail with the insurance adjuster.I couldn’t be happier with the service, materials and workers. The cleanup and site protection was also excellent. Truly a 5 star result.

Elevate Construction replaced our roof after storm damage. I new nothing about this company prior to the job. Trevor the sales person approach my husband saying that we could have damage do to current storms in our neighborhood. At first we were quite hesitant . After speaking with Trevor and my husband's knowledge as our household handyman. We put our trust in him. I have to say this young man and his team of experts left us beyond impressed. Elevate Construction did an amazing job on my roof and soffits I unfortunately had some damage from a bad windstorm which gave me no choice but to replace the roof and soffits and gutters. Manny was very professional about explaining what was going to happen and the crew were amazing one day complete tareoff and replaced several damaged boards. And two days to do the soffits . No one wants to deal with all the hassle of an insurance claim, but Chris and his team made the whole process super easy! All work was superior and I was so pleased with the constant communication I received to keep me updated. Work was done very quickly after the claim and my home and yard was left in great condition. I am so happy that Elivate roofing, siding and roofing completed my siding and gutters. Originally I had another company that was wanting to meet with me and discuss my options to have the work done. As God planned, they never showed up for our appointment. A young man came to my door and introduced me to himself and his company. This man’s name is Connor. He called his boss on his cell phone and he explained his outline as to the contract and what that entails. My father always said you are only as good as your word. Well take my word on this, Elivate is as good as their word. Our house gutters and siding are absolutely beautiful!!! The men who did the physical work including their Forman and election were very professional, courteous and clean. I am very blessed the day we met Connor, his boss and crew. You want a beautiful,professional job by someone you can trust? This is the company. And like my father I am as good a my word.

The Elevate team was excellent from start to finish. We had them install a new roof, siding for our chimney and some siding repair work done. The lead time was much better than others, they would follow up quickly and made your project feel like a priority. Manny and Sam were both a delight to work with. I can’t say enough great things about Elevate Construction. They did a full roof replacement on our home last fall after a wind storm caused damage. They walked us through the process and helped us file the claim with our insurance. During the replacement, there was some additional material that had to be added to the claim and they worked with our adjuster directly to make sure it was added. Not only did they make the entire process so easy start to finish, they did a beautiful job. We’ll only be using elevate for our roofing needs moving forward!

Very impressed with Elevate Construction with owner, Manny, in handling the new roof installation as well as gutters and downspouts. The roof and gutter crews were extremely prompt. I would have to say that ELAVATE Construction has performed an excellent job on my Roof, Gutters, and downspouts and the aluminum trim around several windows. Brandon went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with. I would have given them 5 stars except for them showing up at dinner time to finish some minor details, plus it was dark, Minor detail, that's just business.
But I will give Brandon 6 stars, I know there isn't a sixth but he deserves it!

I had never heard of these guys before they knocked on my door and while of course I was skeptical at first, it was a great decision to hear them out.

They know what they are talking about, help you through the process every step of the away and then deliver a solid product that they warranty - can’t ask for anything more than that.

And the claim was accepted. they worked on my schedule and I appreciated it. Sam was a great help also with answering all my questions. The guys who put my roof on did an excellent job and cleaned up the worksite very well. Two days latter the gutters were put on.Shawn came out and took some pictures that he needed and also went around the house with a rolling magnet to make sure all the nails or pieces of metal were picked up. Good honest company. My mothers home needed siding replaced and storm damage repaired. I called Elevate Construction and worked with Trevor for the entire job. We also added on optional replacements outside of the storm damage. Unfortunately, unforeseen health issues required us to scale back the optional replacements. Elevate Const and Trevor worked with me through what was a difficult time for us and were understanding to a degree that they were under no obligation to be. Their staff was always available and on time. The work performed was high quantity. Highly recommended.
