Techos Contracting did an excellent job replacing the shingles on my roof. I'm impressed how good it looks. I was more impressed they did it all in one day despite the fact ABC Supply had ground dropped the material rather than place it on the roof. The crew had to carry every bundle around to the back of the house and up a ladder - all in one of those near 90 degrees day. Their prices are more than competitive, Jose was responsive in communications and easy to talk with, both on the phone and in person. Thanks guys!

Techos did a great job with replacing my roof. They had great communication when the weather got in the way and delayed our project, worked in a timely manner, and even followed up with me a few weeks after the install. Not many contractors care enough to follow up and check in weeks after a job is done. Overall great experience!

I recently used Techos to re-shingle and re-side my house and I am very pleased with the finished product. Since my insurance was only covering a portion of this project, it was important for me to use a company such as Techos, that does quality work at a reasonable price. As a nationally certified home inspector, I can say they really did a quality job, in a timely manner and up-to-code and if I had any questions or concerns all I had to do was call Jose and he quickly made it right. Since the completion of the project, I continuously get compliments from neighbors and recently referred 3 to Techos for similar work. I would definitely recommend these guys again for this type of work.

Technos exterior did such an amazing job on my roof, fascia, soffits and gutters. The house looks brand new and I have already had so many complements from the neighbors. Would recommend them over anyone, professional and the nicest of people.

Jose and his crew did a great job with my new roof and other repairs. Jose was always very responsive via email or text which is a major plus when dealing with contractors. If there were ever any issues or questions, he would deal with them personally and always follow up if needed.

I contacted 5 roofing companies for estimates. Jose looked me in the eyes and answered all my questions. I was comfortable with Jose and felt that I could trust him. His bid was very competitive. The roof needed to be done by 4/1/22. The weather was not cooperative, rain and more rain. Techos needed two days to complete job. Jose contacted me and asked if I was ok if they started roof on Sunday morning as Sunday and Monday were the only two dry days on weather reports. They did start on Sunday morning, finished on Monday 3/28/22. Their crew was both courteous and professional at all times. I would recommend Jose/Techos to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Techos was easy to deal with from the first message sent! They responded right away to our inquiry and Jose came over the following day to take measurements and give an estimate-he laid everything out price wise which really helped us make our decision.
