I first learned about Technician Roofing through my contractor. He recommended them for a home we were restoring. They were very competitive & diligent in there quotes and wound up using them for various jobs on this project. They replaced all of the shingles, flat roof and metal trim/flashing. Throughout the entire process there workmanship was very professional, cautious and finished on a timely manner. On completion of that job, I had them bid out a roof replacement on one of my commercial properties. This was a much bigger job which they were able to more then handle. They had plenty of roofers and were able to finish the job on a timely manner. They helped me make good decisions on the product of roofing we selected, I was very satisfied with this job. I am know also using them on some roof repairs on some other commercial properties as well. I am happy to have found Technician Roofing, as they can handle almost any type of roofing job needed. More importantly they have been a great company to work with from A to Z. Every one I have met from the owner and son and some of there other people have been great to work with. They will take the time to listen and make sure that the job is completely finished to your satisfaction. I look forward to using them in the future.

Maurico and Abel did an excellent job on my parents house they took their time doing the job and also repaired other minor damage the exterior of the house had . I will be using them again for my upcoming projects

I had a great experience working with Technician Roofing. I worked with Mauricio, who came out to give me the initial assessment. I found him to be honest, professional, and very responsive to my questions. When I had a few questions about my gutters afterward, he came right back on Monday to check them out and make sure everything was ok, and make a few adjustments to make sure they wouldn't get rattled by the wind.

They came and repaired a roof in the apartment complex that I live in. They did a tremendous job and kept the noise to a minumum. Was able to work from home while they were fixing the roof.

From the first call, everyone was prompt, pleasant and informative on scheduling an estimate, getting the building permit, scheduling and completing the job. We had an addition & garage roofs removed, reroofed, with trim done professionally. The clean-up was really good. Chris also offered to repair, seal & coat a cedar wood siding section. All the work looks great and the total experience was the best! Thank you Chris and the whole team!

Technician Roofing just replaced our roof for our business’s warehouse and I am impressed with the whole process. Technician Roofing just replaced our condo building's flat roof with with a new TPO roof. Hasn't been long but so far we are very happy with the work. Competitive rates compared to other companies we considered, fast turn around on emails and questions, and very easy to work with.

Technician Roofing installed my roof within a few days. Mr. Perez was very professional. He got the permit and called for the proper inspections. They cleaned the site afterwards. I had a few other problems with a couple of issues unrelated to the roof and Mr. Perez took care of them. I would highly recommend Technician Roofing. I got about 5 estimates. This company knows their stuff. I have used several companies in the past but none compare to their knowledge and responsiveness. I would highly recommend them to anyone with roof issues.

Had my roof completed by Technician Roofing. They were extremely reasonable in pricing, really suggested and explained why I needed more than others quoted (like new flashing). I really liked that they cleaned up after themselves so well, and worked hard to keep the space clean and quiet during the work. What I think is the best was the speed at which they quoted and performed the work (which I was in a rush due to a leak). Overall, highly reccomend them.

Had my roof replaced in Wheeling. Very happy with the service. Christian and the office staff have been very professional to work with.
