Steve and Ryan installed 5 windows, a front and storm door, and a slider off of my back deck in Dover. They did a phenomenal job and far exceeded my expectations. The quality of the doors and windows was A+ and you can tell that they take pride in the work they do. I also saw a decrease in my heating costs as they went above and beyond and “buttoned” up my home. I can’t recommend them enough and they will be back in the future to install hardwood floors and a new deck.

We hired TK to repair our tree damaged roof and replace old skylights with a 13' shed dormer. Steve & Alec, et. al. worked with our ideas and gave us welcome & helpful alternative ideas when appropriate. Alec matched our unusual quarter round on the vertical corners along with all the other architectural aspects of our roof & siding to perfection (see photos). TK worked through cold, snow, rain and shine as well as into the evening to build our dormer. TK are a diligent, hard working, cheerful and honest team and were literally a joy to have as a builder (I don't know many people who can say that). One or two deviations from plan were discussed and dealt with intelligently and amicably. We felt that the load engineering was taken care of and building inspectors were also happy with what they saw. Completion time seemed reasonable, especially when the weather was taken into account. We are thrilled with our new dormer and would not hesitate to recommend TK. Thank you TK!

We hired Team Kelley to build a shower in our master bath as well as tile the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Steve Kelley seemed confident in be able to accomplish this job no problem in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Sounds perfect, right? Wrong. Team Kelly not ONLY did the worst tiling job I’ve ever seen and completely disregarded any standard practices when tiling. These tiles were crooked, not to mention they did NOT use a waterproof line before tiling, used NO Schluter trim, and they only did about 1/4 of our shower tiles and called it quits. Kelly assured me he’d make it right and refund me for the job which I didn’t expect, but appreciated. Kelly NEVER came to see me at the agreed time for a refund… instead caused a whole spew of issues to make it so we were unable to contact him again. We had to pay for the job and wasted materials again, but the bathroom looks amazing now and has been done properly with our new company. Photos to compare Kelley’s job with the new proper job. Do NOT hire these scam artists. Highly unprofessional!

UPDATE: Hi Stephen! This IS Cam, the other resident of the home who you stole time/money from. I am sorry that your lack of accountability has driven you crazy. The amount of lies and slander you have come up with time and time again is just sad. My partner has never taken nor been prescribed anything of that matter- so you are once AGAIN slandering him. You made up lies about MY business as well which is where the line was also crossed. Nobody threatened you even once & you made your bed and now you're too embarrassed to lay down in it. We went to court and the case was immediately thrown out due to being filed on an untrue basis. They did not even allow you enough grace to plead your 'case'. You wasted our time, Portsmouth PDs time, and the courts time. Shame on you. You then went on to SUE us?? Went you had cost us over $12,000 between wasted time/materials and then having to have another company fix your mistakes. Since we are still within the statues for time on a case like this, expect to hear from us or another party pertaining to this issue shortly. I hope whatever personal issues you're dealing with to be so delusional gets solved soon. Again, I will not back down or be made afraid of someone like you who prays on innocent people.
