Jeff Olberding and Team Construction did a terrific job on our home this summer. Our roof was very old and damaged by last years hail storm. Jeff and the insurance adjuster worked together and came up with a fair settlement and claim. Then his work crew showed up and wow! what a hard working bunch of people. They completed the whole job in just one day! This was great as rainstorms were looming. I also had Team and Jeff replace two worn out service doors on the garage. The installation was again great! The doors fit perfectly and look great. Then lastly I had Team and Jeff make a few siding repairs - new trim and "coil" , on the north side of the house and replace the coil that surrounds the garage doors. These were faded and beat up over the years. Now they match perfectly with the new garage doors we had also installed. The exterior of the house looks new. Thanks Jeff and Team Construction!

Team construction helped us with some partial roofing and facia/soffit work in order to repair and prevent recurring ice dam damage. This was a smaller job, but we received amazing attention and support! Bobby was extremely knowledgeable and made extra trips out to the house in order to get the correct shingle match/scope of the work. Joe did our repairs and he did an amazing job blending the work in with the existing look on our 1970s home. Team construction provided an overwhelmingly positive experience on all aspects—planning, project management, and RESULTS!

I would love to give Team a 5 star rating because I really enjoyed working with Joe who was Team Construction's remodeling contractor for my new garage. Unfortunately, I am unable to give this rating because the siding crew for my home and garage seemed to be a crew with less experience. They could have had more supervision. They had problems with the window wraps, did not always do quality detailed work and did not always cleanup well.

I had to address many concerns with Joe as well as Bobby. Joe and Bobby were both very responsive to my concerns. I appreciated their willingness to listen and to take action.

Overall, my home and garage's curb appeal has been enhanced by the work Team Construction did on it.

We had heard about Team Construction from a family member that had worked with them. We contacted Jeff and had him come out and give us a quote on our roof, fascia, soffit and gutters. The quote was fair and Jeff took his time explaining colors and types of shingles we could choose from. He also offered his professional opinion about what would look best on our home. The workers were amazing and Jeff was easy to contact if we had any questions. We were very pleased with the work that was done, and it updated our house immensely. Bobby came out to my home after calling to get a quote to have my roof redone. He was out on time and the following day. Our roof repair went great everything was completed as scheduled and the communication couldn’t have been better He was a great to work with and couldn’t have made the process any easier.

Super impressed w the roof work. As a former insurance professional, I saw a lot of shady things and this company is the complete opposite. Showed up when they said they were going to be there, kept the property clean and free from debris (my dog says thanks!), and overall great interactions with everyone I dealt with (Shout out to Bobby!) No one wants to deal w a claim or a roof replacement and I feel like it didn’t have to, they handled it all!

Team Construction transformed our second floor from a narrow rectangle with little headroom into four beautiful living spaces, including a master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet, and en suite bath. The team was very responsive when we had questions or issues needed to be addressed. In one instance, a subcontractor did a less than adequate tiling job in our main floor bath. Jeff looked at it, said "this is unacceptable", and had the tiling redone. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took to get our new spaces to match our vision. It took longer than expected due to snow & a few surprises that come with renovating an older home (97 yrs), but we love our new 2nd floor. It was worth the wait!

I had initially talked to other large contractors you hear on the radio and things weren't moving so fast like we can do the Roof now but the Deck we do not have a timeline for.

Team Construction built me a beautiful new deck - Jeff was so responsive during typical hiccups that happened outside his or my control, and I'm very pleased with the final product. He and his team are meticulous, both in their their work and their cleanup.

Jeff and his team replaced two skylights in our screen porch for us recently. Super easy process; good value. The job was quick and the guys even worked through some small rain showers to get things wrapped up. Looking forward to years of skylights not leaking and being crystal clear!

I have used Jeff and his team for a number of projects and they never disappoint. Everything from timely communication and a fair price for TOP QUALITY work is what keeps them as my preferred choice!

Our home needed new siding and a trendy new color which meant new gutters, fascia, and window wrap. Jeff at Team Construction made a great presentation and submitted a bid for new James Hardie siding which was very competitive and less than bids from other contractors. We got a mid-August time slot for an approximate start date and construction started on time. The crew from Team Construction was out nearly every day and worked until it was too dark to see. The Team Construction siding crew took 12 working days to complete the entire job of tearing down and installing new siding, fascia, and window wrap. The Team Construction crew worked on one side of the house at a time minimizing exposure to the weather and insuring that everything matched up at the corners. There was also some rot discovered under the aluminum window wrap which had been installed on one window back in the '90s. (I guess the wrap hadn't been sealed properly.) Jeff provided a window specialist who made the necessary repairs before the new wrap was installed and the siding completed in that area. MY wife and I were totally impressed with the overall Team Construction experience and we highly recommend Team Construction, LLC. If you have a construction job, you should check out Team Construction first.

I've now completed two major projects with Team Construction and was incredibly satisfied with both. The first was having my deck rebuilt with composite wood and the second was replacing my roof after hail damage. The outcome was the same for both: great quality of work, fair price, and professional communication throughout the duration of both projects. It was especially impressive to have them rip out my old roof and lay down the new one in one day without leaving behind one single nail or piece of debris on the ground! Thank you Jeff!

Team Construction replaced our roof this spring. Communicating with them was very easy. They responded quickly to texts and phone calls, answered questions, and provided helpful information about the installation process and what to expect when. Roofing can be noisy and messy. The Team Construction crew was meticulous about laying tarps to catch debris, mindful about taking care of our landscaping, and thorough about cleaning up as they went. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others!

Team construction fixed the ceiling in our garage where we had previous water damage. The crew was tasked with replacing drywall on the ceiling in one specific spot, then matching the color to the rest of the ceiling that is 21 years old. (Also adding new popcorn).

The crew did an amazing job and you can’t even tell that we had a nice sized hole in the ceiling. Jeff was easy to work with and extremely responsive with any and all questions that we had during the process. I would highly recommend TEAM construction for any of your home service needs.

Team Construction replaced a few windows, replaced gutters, and put up a new deck for me. They were great! They were always in touch to let me know when they would be working in my yard. Always cleaned up. We have lots of foster dogs, so keeping the yard free of nails and dangerous things is important. The quote was accurate. The deck is amazing! So solid. Joe & Jeff came by often to check up on the work that the guys did. This is our 2nd time using them for projects. Very, very pleased.

We requested quotes for a deck to be added to our screen porch. The purpose for the deck was a platform able to accommodate our newly purchased hot tub. Jeff at TEAM was responsive to our request and provided a competitive bid, and thankfully was able to work us into their busy fall schedule.

We were in need of both a roof and siding replacement on our house. We did some research and ultimately interviewed 6 companies for the job. We are extremely pleased that we selected Team Construction to do the work for us. This summer they did replacements of both our roof (house and shed) and siding (house), as well as painting our shed and foundation to match our siding. They also replaced the soffits and fascia on the house. The Team crews were efficient, punctual and conscientious. They did an excellent job on all the projects.

Team Construction did a great job updating the exterior of our home, and they helped us navigate a large insurance claim settlement due to storm damage.

Team did a relatively large residential project on our home: new roof, all new siding, new soffits, new gutters, and some exterior painting. The project was initiated by storm damage. Team Construction's Jeff O. made several trips to my house on short notice to meet with my insurance company's inspector and provide me with pricing scenarios. After the initial inspection, my insurance comapny only deemed partial siding damage...no roof damage, and most of the siding was excluded from their initial payment. Meanwhile, all my neighbors were getting new shingles. Jeff guided me through challenging my insurance company and requesting a re-inspection. Upon the second inspection, my insurance company totaled the shingles and all siding due to storm damage. Their final settlement amount tripled from the original payment.

When Team's crew came out, they did fantastic work! They were professional; the project took about 3 weeks and the crew picked up after themselves every day, and especially well before weekends. New shingles; new Hardie board; new soffits and gutters...it looks great! My wife and I really appreciate the work Jeff and Team Construction's crew did for us.

The guys who built my deck did an excellent job and it looked fabulous. I had many of my new neighbors asked who did my deck and I saw several people taking pictures of my deck. I also had Team Construction add gutters too. I still have neighbors asking “who did your deck”.
