Soriano Construction exceeded our expectations! Angel is professional, polite and knowledgeable. This was the second time we had him and his crew complete some projects for us. They did what we asked, and it was done better than we expected. They can do anything: fix a swing set, wash and stain a deck, build a beautiful vegetable garden, fix and hang a closet door, replace a broken GFI outlet, and so much more. I highly recommend them!

Angel Soriano and his crew recently completed multiple jobs at my home, all with the utmost care and fine craftsmanship. The work included removing old smoke detectors and installing new ones, painting the downstairs den, patching cracks in the outside wall of the house and then painting the entire lower section, cleaning the gutters, and installing downspout extensions so water wouldn’t get into the house. The entire crew was efficient and meticulous and everything looked great when they were finished. Angel was an excellent communicator and checked in with me throughout the day to ensure we had a common understanding of the work to be done, to ask if I had questions, and to confirm I was satisfied with the results. The price was very reasonable and I would work with Angel and his crew again without hesitation.

Angel and his crew did an amazing job on the siding of both our house and garage and refinished the decks. Angel and his crew completed some siding and fascia repair in 5 different areas followed by painting the exterior of our home. They were great to work with. The results greatly surpassed our expectations; they worked quickly and the quality of work was exceptional. The price was fair and competitive. They pressure washed before the repairs to confirm there were no other areas that needed it. Then the amount of prep they did for painting went above and beyond what we were expecting (extensive scraping and great clean up of it afterwards). We definitely recommend them and will hire them again if we need anything.

I had the BEST experience working with Angel and his team!! They completely transformed my house from painting the entire home including the kitchen cupboards, AND installing new drywall in a ceiling and entry way. They are helpful with opinions and work quickly. Most recently they patched and painted a small bedroom. The work is immaculate. They leave the house spotless and the detail in painting is top notch. Angel and his crew recently took care of some interior painting we didn't feel like tackling ourselves and they did a fantastic job. They were fast to give us an estimate, quick to respond to all my questions, and were on time and always made sure to thoroughly clean up after each day and when the job was done. They were also accommodating to our schedule and needs - we needed to divide the work into chunks as I work from home and also needed to keep our pets sequestered during the painting. Everything looks great and we're glad we called them for this work.

We also hired Angel and his crew last summer to repair and paint the exterior of our house. The siding had a ton of chipped and peeling paint and areas with a lot of rot around the chimney and windows. They replaced and repaired all the rotted wood and transformed our ugly yellow house into something waaaay more appealing to us (and probably the neighbors too). And just like the interior work, they were always on time, efficient, friendly, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the job.

Angel and his team did an outstanding job patching and painting the wood siding on our house. During the same job, they fixed the door jam on our front door which was damaged from a storm door getting caught in a gust of wind. Thank you for the quick response and efficient work!

Angel and his team tackled a smaller/medium job for us on the front of our house. Had them take down and replace some exteriors supports that are very visible on the front of the house. They took care of everything and replaced utilizing better materials, the craftmanship was an A+. and made them better than they were! These supports are set to last another 20 years. Next time I have a job, I'm reaching out to Angel @ Soriano Construction!

Angel Soriano & his crew WORKED MAGIC renovating my 1974 townhome. They were wonderful to work with in every way:
PROMPT & THOROUGH COMMUNICATION, PRECISE FAIR ESTIMATE, INTEGRITY & ECONOMICAL WORK: Angel replied promptly to my initial email request & scheduled a walk-through to provide an estimate. He listened carefully, asked great questions, made some helpful professional suggestions that SAVED me money & time, & quickly generated a detailed & reasonable estimate. I was able to select elements of this project to stay within my budget. Angel stopped by a second time to ensure the final estimate was exactly right. The final project came in right on time & a little under budget. This project involved: Removing one wall of fake plastic brick; Removing 2 layers of 1974 wallpaper from 2 rooms; patching an area of popcorn ceiling in a loft-style 14-foot room; cleaning, patching, & smoothing plaster in 4 rooms; repainting the ceiling & all the walls in my kitchen, dining, living, stairwell, hallway, & MBR; painting accent walls in the LR & stairwell; fixing loose/broken tiles on a window ledge & checking for mold/mildew (which, hurrah, wasn't present!) inside that wall; removing the kitchen cabinet doors & drawers, sanding, priming & enameling the cabinets; & installing a new cabinet floor under the sink to replace old water-warped wood.
POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, CLEAN & CAREFUL: The team were careful to cover every surface with plastic & tarps & then carefully cleaning up when done. Everyone’s attitude was positive, friendly, courteous, cheerful and professional throughout.
BE PREPARED:
(1.) Repainting is no small job! You need to move almost everything out of the rooms to be painted which takes time, work, & in my case, hiring a couple of guys (I recommend TaskRabbit) to help lift stuff.
(2.) Make sure you have someplace else to stay -- you won't want to create any dust while enamel paint dries so it's best to leave the house empty for 48 hours if you have cabinetry painted. Also, you won't want to breathe paint smells even though all their latex is low-VOC, quick drying & environmentally friendly (they have EPA certification).
(3.) Soriano uses Sherwin Williams paint products so you'll want to do most of your color-planning using that website or paint chips. However, using the paint samples I had purchased for about $10 apiece, Angel was able to perfectly match 2 colors from a different manufacturer.
(4.) Plan ahead for details like cabinet knobs, drawer pulls, & light switch covers -- mine were not ready for the guys to install so I'm doing that small bit as my DIY, which works well for me.

I found Angel to respond quickly to requests for work and gets it done efficiently with a team of professionals.The paint job was done very well with attention to detail. He also repaired a rotted door frame. He stands by his work and is a pleasure to work with, very professional. I would highly recommend this business.

We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation through a big box company.
We have been having many issues with them and there were some things that happened during their watch that they were not willing to fix.
We ending up doing a search for someone to knock down very small area of popcorn ceiling, drywall patch fixes, and paint. Just like they advertise...no job is too small. The price was not expensive but not cheap. It was very reasonable for good quality. Angel Soriano and his crew were absolutely amazing. We are extremely happy and we will definitely be using Soriano Handy man services in the future. NO MORE big box stores for any kind of home renovations.

We have hired Soriano Handyman & Construction twice now. This project they just completed was to blow out a wall and install baseboard trim to a basement bedroom we use as a workout space. They were in and out in a day and a half and could not have been more professional. Never once, during either job, did we have to ask Angel or his crew to wear masks, take off shoes or clean up after the job was complete. The work they do is excellent and the price is fair. Angel exceeded expectations. He will be my first call for any handyman or construction projects going forward. He was responsive via text, phone and email, provided a competitive and formal/professional quote within 24 hours of our initial meeting and the quality of his work was top-notch. The main work Angel and team performed was removing old deck stain via power washer and hand scraping, replacing rotten boards and applying new stain. During the project I added additional scope of work for the that he quickly quoted and performed during the project without hesitation. Angel also found a leak on my roof and repaired which many others were not able to identify and repair the leak. I strongly recommend Angel.
