With all the stress that comes from a roof install, it was an extreme pleasure and surprise dealing with Tyler and his team. From the professional attitude and excellent communication, my wife and I were beyond impressed. Quality work is hard to come by especially when in the midst of our install we had a family emergency and weren’t able to be there to focus on the progress. To my relief Tyler was there every step of the way by sending photos and breaking down the progress to keep me at ease and with a peace of mind. All I gotta say is if I ever have any roof work to be done in the future I will without hesitation reach back out to TDS Roofing as they have shown extreme professionalism and worked with a sense of urgency to complete the job.
Tyler and his team did a good job with a complicated roof, actually three different kinds of roofs. His crew was professional and courteous. That's not been my typical experience with roofing crews. I plan to have them back for some deck surfacing work.
We did have a couple of leak issues during the installation, as it rained very hard. Tyler and Ryan dropped what they were doing. They came quickly and solved the problem. Happy with my new roof.
