They were so good to me I went there with my car and could not drive it out there and was due to go on vacation and they had it done so I could take my vehicle . Aron was great to me and they really treat everyone like family and I was satisfied to have my car back !! Thanks again Aron and herby and auto repair shop for getting me in and out so quickly ❤️ made my vacation go that much smoother!!

Terrible service. dishonest company charge $400 to put $1.00 fitting and than in 5 hrours we have the same problem with the unit. stay away from this shop they have no expreience. and do not stand by there work. this shop should not exist the worst experience i have seen in 15 years.

100 degrees outside broke down and my tow guy from TDI HAD TO TAKE THE DRIVESHAFT OFF to tow my tractor- poor man - so hot out and still got it done.. then had an airbag blowout while lifting my tractor- still got me back to the terminal and shook his hand - great service and friendly tow driver…. Thanks again!!!

My Jeep broke down in Saint albans and Tdi was my first call. They were nothing but quick and professional. They assured me my baby would be taken care of and that she was. The communication was awesome with what had happened to my car, what needed to be fixed, the timeline and cost. I will never choose another tow company TDI is without a doubt “ The Best Damn Shop Around” I can not thank them enough.

Mike in shop is amazing, fixed very quickly while 3 other shops couldn't figure out the problems and very reasonable on price.

Awesome place. We broke down on Memorial Day and this shop went above & beyond to help us get back on the road ASAP despite it being a holiday and the car repair part of the business being closed, including sending someone to pick up a part in Williston. Rodney was great - super thorough, did a great job explaining everything to us, and just an all around nice guy. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with TDI. Especially with the gentleman that hauled my truck to the shop, Joe. He taught me about my truck, was sociable, and most of all, shared with me some of the best fried chicken in the area. I hear it's smuggled over the Canadian border, it's so good! Anyway, great people, great company, and I highly recommend.

My husband was in Florida when we had a bad snow storm. Because of health issues I was unable to take care of the driveway. I called Aaron and he came the next day to plow. He was very kind and super nice. He did a great job and their prices are affordable.

TDI repair are great people. I had a pleasure of having my truck towed by Mr. Bartemy yesterday after being stuck for 5 hrs. He took the time of day to make sure I got to my next destination nice and safe. Good conversations and also good service. I would recommend anyone to check them out for any work/ tow service if needed. Again it was a pleasure.

I came here today for a quick wash out. Really quick! Really friendly people! Did a great job. Only cost $65. Don't, I repeat don't, forget to get a thank you bag on your way out. Great place

I broke down at the US Border after clearing customs in My Semi Tanker. I work for a Major Carrier hauling Chemical Hazmat. I thought i would just need a jump I called every possible shop in the area and was told it would be at least 4-5 hrs. TDI told me they could have someone out within 2 hours so I was relieved. I received a call within 45 minutes from the roadside tech and he was there 10 minutes later. He did everything he could to try and get me jumped but it was diagnosed as needing a starter. He gave me the option of having a wrecker come and get me out out the border crossing and tow to any shop I choose. He also said they could take it to their shop and repair it as soon as possible. It was 8 degrees outside. He drove me to the nearby truckstop and dropped me off so I could get warm and wait for the wrecker. Joe, Heavy Wrecker Driver called me about an hour later. He Picked me up at the truckstop and with another truck we went to retrieve my truck and trailer. We got the truck and trailer disconnected and Joe hooked up to my rig. We dropped my trailer in a safe location and proceeded to the TDI shop. It was after hours so we dropped my Truck and was told they would get started on it first thing in the AM. Joe then drove me to a nice Hotel supplied me with the TDI discount rate and advised me on a couple nice places to eat. He told me they will call me in the AM and then pick me up when my truck is ready. I’ve been driving for over 17 years. I’ve spent a little time stuck broke down never have I ever dealt with a company that gave me the courtesy the folks at TDI did. Thank You TDI Your a Great Company

For these kind of people, Google need to allow 0 star rating.
Pure definition of using other people problems to gain profit.
If you have some issue in that area, try to fix it yourself or call someone 200 miles out, it would be cheaper, I guarantee you.

And for the "manager", learn to respect these carriers, they are the one who is bringing food, medicine and water in those semis

Good service but very expensive $120 just for floor wash out how ever most of the place is charging $45 . Please look for next service if you want to save

The alternator went out on my '06 peterbilt. These guys handled my repair in record time and for a fair price. Super nice to boot! Very grateful . Wish I could give 10 stars!

Visited to get a tire replacement on my trailer. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Oh, and they have some cute office pups too.

They are good people and they have great personalities. They have a great deal about the truck and trailer repairs

Ryan came out and towed my vehicle on Sunday that had broke down on I-89.
It was loaded in 2 minutes despite the cars whizzing by us at 80 and unloaded at my house 20 minutes later.
I couldn’t ask for a better guy to have helped me out!

Very bad place . On one piggyback job, they overcharged me, they twisted air brake lines and didn’t sealed it, air leak from connectors.
P.S. I did not inspected if your mechanic sealed or not connector(it’s not possible if you are not under the trailer with him), it’s supposed to be sealed for 100%, if your mechanic don’t know how to replace chamber it’s worse place for repairs , to twist air brake line, really??? Do they have license? Did they know that they are doing??? And Also they tore the air brake hose.
Not recommend. Worst place.

After a frustrating hour with roadside assistance my husband contacted TDI towing. A real person answered the phone and a tow truck arrived within a half hour. Great friendly service!

They are available for after hours trailer washout. They were a lifesaver.

They also gave us (me and my trainee) Halloween goodies bags, and it was only October 8th!

TDI towing is all around the Best at what they do!! Had a clutch in my Mini Cooper go out on my way back from New York. Called TDI and within 30 minutes my car was on the back of the truck going to their shop. They had my car Diagnosed in no time. And communication for what needed to be done is 10/10. Highly recommend!!

I used TDI to recover a stuck Genie boom lift today. Their communication was great, the customer service was great, and the whole process from communication, getting an estimate, Aaron coming out and recovering the piece of equipment was excellent. I would 100% recommend them again to anybody who asked.

My boat and trailer broke down on the side of the road on Labor Day. Called TDI and within 15 min someone was there to pick it up, bring it to shop and fix the issue. Amazing service, insanely fast service and the people were great especially having to come out on a holiday. Thanks guys!

Aaron in customer service and mechanics Rodney & Eric worked so hard to get our RV running and our vacation back on track that we are very grateful. At one point, we considered canceling it, but now we sit in Nova Scotia salvaging it because of their tenacity and hard work. Got here 550 pm with a blown ac clutch. At 8 am I was finally helped by a very professional and friendly mechanic Jason. Very knowledgeable and handled the repair as quickly as possible. He was upfront with what needed to be done and what my options were. I was not left in the dark at least on that part of my experience.

During the past two years TDI has helped me with oil change, seasonal tire change, Inspections, and major body work. I am an elderly Christian lady and appreciate their honesty, trustworthy work and exceptional kindness.

I had blown a tire on I-89S at MM 103.6. All I needed was help getting the flat tire off. I tried calling 3 other companies and they all said all they could do for me was tow it to a mechanic. So I tried TDI. They came without hesitation and helped me get the flat off. Tech was understanding and easy to work with.

I had this business work on my 2015 Volkswagen passatt TDI SEL. I had prior transmission problems and had them tow it to their shop for repair. The towing aspect was perfect I have no complaints about that. However it had taken them an extremely long time to repair my vehicle due to waiting for parts. Well I have had several issues since then. I had to have both of my cv axels tighten back up due to them being loose. They also had snapped off a bolt for the transmission mount into the block and rigged something together so that it would hold. Well that had just came apart and it caused my car engine to lift up and damage quite a few things in the front. I had paid upwards of 5 thousand dollars for this repair and now I have to pay a lot more to have someone else go through and make sure they had installed everything else correctly. I had heard many good things about this business however my experience hasn't been well at all. I won't recommend their mechanic repair services to anyone. Far as towing that went good. It seems like it's gett8ng harder to depend on businesses to do a good job anymore these days...

We recently had a 20' cargo container shipped from Oregon to Vermont and needed someone to unload the container and place it on our property. Aaron from TDI Towing in Swanton, VT, was incredibly helpful and put my fears to rest. I was nervous about how the container would get off the flatbed and onto the ground without damaging its contents, but Aaron's excellent communication and clear explanations reassured me every step of the way.

The team was professional, and the price was very reasonable. It was a bit of a challenge to coordinate and deliver to our land, but TDI Towing came through. We can't recommend them enough!

I absolutely love coming here for washouts along the way to pick up. They’re fast, easy to find and very nice. They also give you a goodie bag with cool stuff and snacks inside. I got here at 7:30ish they open around 8 am. 10/10

We got really fast and friendly service. We needed a pneumatic trailer washout. They even knew to open the bottom drops without us having to ask. Most places don’t know about opening them. To top it all off we got treat bags after paying!

Amazing service. Answered when I called and dispatched a tow truck to remove my vehicle stuck in the mud right away. Joe, the tow operator, expertly extracted the vehicle from a tight spot with no damage! Highly recommend.

What an awesome place. Our driver had a belt shred on this reefer trailer and when we called TDI, they were as nice as could be and said to send him in and we will take care of him. Our driver had a spare belt but no tools and when he got to TDI, they jumped right on it and put the belt on right away. Called the night before and was told that they will order tires and will be able to put them on in the morning, morning comes and they decide to take two hours before they informed us of tires not being available, but they conveniently had more expensive tires, definitely seemed to have wanted to take advantage of someone in need of tires, the quoted prices are on the high end, they don’t value your time, and they definitely don’t value being true to what they say over the phone.

TDI towing saved my “behind” I got into a crash late at night and they were able to bring my vehicle to their yard. I had to come back and retrieve some items from my vehicle. They were very accommodating and let me in the yard just after closing. Thank you TDI towing!

Joe saved my day today with having to tow my horse trailer food truck, while also maneuvering my dead Tacoma battery (died while waiting for him to show up). It was a day and I’m happy that he was able to get the trailer on the bed and into the shop for repair. Thank you!

Not many options for a washout (within company network) along my route to the shipper and had to pickup same day. Was running a few minutes past their washout hours. But luckily an employee stayed and washed out my trailer. Would recommend them for washouts 100%. Professional environment and communication at the front desk and over the phone.

They helped us recover iyr tractor from a bog on a Sunday!.. Awesome service and very quick response time. Very polite and professional!

DONT EVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY, BY FAR A NIGHTMARE WHEN IT COMES TO PRICING. THIS COMPANY ISNT A OPTION, THIS IS STEALING AND BREAKING YOUR BANK JUST TO HELP YOU. RUN RUN RUN!!!! I PROMISE ANY OTHER COMPANY YOU CALL WILL BEAT THEIR PRICES BY A MILE. Definitely will be back. In Vermont it's hard to find a trailer washout on a Saturday. Called them and it was no problem. Gentleman showed up and took care of me and gave me a goodie bag. Thank you guys for caring about us drivers.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a garage. A group of friendly and knowledgeable people. They had my car in and out in a little less than 2 weeks after an accident when just about everyone else quoted a month or more. I couldn’t be happier with my service :)

Best trailer washout I've ever been to. Came in after close to help us out and gave us little brown bags of treats, air freshers, and water. The man (John) that helped us was quick and courteous and did an excellent job. Absolute first rate service.
