If you want a project finished on a timely manner do not hire TCT Construction. Hired him to do 3 jobs and only 2 were finished. I was told I would be put on his schedule to winterize my patio in October. (He said that in August) 2 weeks into October he came by to say he would be back in a week or so as he "broke his hand". Towards the end of November he still had not shown up (or even called) to finish what we paid him to do. I asked for the money back he quoted to do the winterizing the patio. Still have not seen the money. TCT Construction is not trustworthy!!
