The crew was so professional. Showed up so early every day....worked continuously until the job was done. Last year we had the derachio (sp?) come through my area with over 100 mph winds....we had enormous storm damage and trees down. Had insurance come out and do a claim for all of it...when they checked the roof...absolutely 100% intact and no shingle loss whatsoever. Insurance agent said I had a great roofer....that says the world to me!! Thank you Tim!!

We had our roof stripped and shingled by Tim Nichols Construction In July of 2020. We couldn’t be more pleased! Tim and his crew were professional, thorough and meticulous with their work, including the cleanup! Vic and I highly recommend this locally owned business, and would definitely utilize them again with any future projects. And, our our finished roof looks great!

Tim and his crew did an excellent job replacing the shingles on the roof. Tim and his crew were very courteous and paid attention to details. Tim sent good photo support to show what he would do when sending his estimate of work to be done. Crew was careful and clean-up was complete. The job was completed in one day.

We had 3 companies quote our roof replacement and chose Tim because of his timeliness and professionalism during the quoting process. It was the right call as these qualities were evident in his work as well. Tim and his crew did a phenomenal job not only with our roof, but also in diagnosing and inexpensively helping correct attic ventilation problems that contributed to the premature failure of our previous roof. Tim communicated with us very well between the time we awarded the work and the time the work was done, they completed it in the time he committed to, and they did an awesome job of cleaning up before they left. We spent considerable time walking our yard after they left to make sure there were no nails for our kids to step on and couldn't find anything at all. Super job!

Tim and his crew had excellent communication throughout our re-roofing project. They kept our driveway clean and did a magnetic sweep of the entire perimeter of the house to ensure their was no nails or debris left. Top notch service that delivered on time and on budget. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.

Professionalism was matched only by the quality of work by Tim and his crew. I received estimates from 4 other construction groups, Tim was greatly priced, used only the best material, and stayed in contact via e-mail if questions arose from him or myself.

Tim replaced the roof on my house. He is an excellent service provider, a good communicator, and a solid individual who does quality work at a reasonable price. Some rotting plywood needed replaced in a couple of areas, which is the sort of thing you can't know until you remove the old shingles. These increased the quoted price just a little, but he showed me photos and discussed them with me before proceeding. After the job, he did a thorough cleanup. Also, the workers who assisted him with the roof were personable and consistent. I would highly recommend Tim.

They responded to my request for a quote quickly. The quote was detailed and showed any possible extra costs. The work was done on time and correctly. The final price was exactly as quoted. All around great job. Definite recommend.

Very professional from estimate to job completion. Detailed estimate explaining all materials and labor to complete the work. Answered all my mother's questions and treated her with respect. Would not hesitate to call them for any type of work on my mother's house.

The installers did an excellent job! The install was beautiful. It was much nicer than I expected. They really took their time doing it and did it right. The installers were very polite, explained things and did things the way we wanted. The product is excellent and the house looks brand new. It is much better than previous siding. We couldn't be happier, I would recommend them for any kind of work.
