Steve is absolutely amazing, they are worth the money you give. the time and effort put into our inspection was great and he made sure we understood everything clearly. We also received a gift card and an operation manual too. Amazing service!

Steve and his company are the most incompetent and unprofessional home inspectors I have ever seen or dealt with. We purchased a home that the roof, the garage, and the water heater all had catastrophic issues that were not brought to our attention. Had we known what we now know. We would have never touched this house. There's a come along holding the garage to the house. He missed the water heater, which is a propane ( we live in town, which we use natural gas). If you don't know that a missile ready to go through the roof.

Amazing Home Inspector. He was willing to walk my clients through the house and describe how the boiler works, use drones to see on top of the house, create a presentation that helps my real estate buyers understand more about the investment they are purchasing.

Steve was there for over 4 hours and conducted a very detailed inspection to include Radon, mold and water pressure, foundation, windows and so much more.

I would recommend Great Midwestern Home Inspections to all those who are looking to buy or sell their homes

I'm a Real Estate Agent and Steve's is licensed bonded, and insured, has 30 years of education and experience and is the only inspector I call on!

Steve did an excellent job at inspecting the house and providing the report on short notice. Really knowledable and easy to work with. Highly recommended for a good and thorough home inspection. One can safely rely on him to get the necessary information on the house

We had Steve inspect our home in October of 2018 before we made a move to purchase it. He had originally told us that our electrical was updated and was no longer knob and tube. We wanted to make sure it was not knob & tube because that would not be covered by our homeowners insurance if we purchased the house, but he assured us it was updated & all that needed done was a new breaker box. After we had purchased the home we learned that Steve had lied to us & the house was still in fact ALL knob & tube. He had stated he was previously an electrician & we relied heavily on his advice & he had let us down tremendously. We are now having to pay to have our electrical updated completely because of his lack of knowledge, with no compensation from the company. We trusted him & were let down. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Steve was very thorough. He spent a lot of time going over our potential new home. He caught something very major which was a serious safety issue. He dressed professionally and even wore shoe covers to protect our floors. I was very happy with the report because if gave us many ideas for future home projects. This is the biggest purchase we will ever make so I felt having a great home inspection was paramount.

Steve did a very thorough inspection on a home in Conrad and answered all of our questions and provided a detailed report. Would recommend Great Midwestern Home Inspections to anyone wanting to buy a home.
